Ive had bad experiences and the vet before, so when i say this hospital was incredible, i mean it. Every member of the staff especially the doctors were so caring and went above and beyond to make sure me and my cat were satisfied. Dr. Yap was the one taking care of my cat, and she was wonderful!! me and my cat left happier than ever and i can tell she already feels much better than she does going to other vet hospitals. i would 100% recommend going here for any pet needs, less money for better service

I don’t leave reviews often but I just wanted to say this was seriously one of the best vet clinics I’ve ever been to. Dr. Yap was amazing and super thorough, and the entire staff was so friendly and welcoming. I’ve taken my pets to several vets over the years, and this was by far the best experience I’ve ever had. Five stars is not enough.

Had an amazing experience with this clinic. Super affordable, Doctor Yap is fantastic and the staff are so helpful and friendly. Couldn’t ask for better care, will definitely be coming back for future check ups, 100% recommend! We have a very happy puppy.

Dr. Yap and her staff went above and beyond in terms of care. Pets are family members and you’ll really feel that at this clinic. I’ve had some bad (and very expensive) vet trips in the past, but ive had the perfect experience here and they are the most affordable pet care clinic on the island!!

We had a horrific experience bringing our cat in that was suffering from a bladder infection. They wanted to charge an extreme amount to "save" him, however his quality of life after the procedure, (if he would even survive it) was not a life we would want him to have to live. We considered the option of euthanasia or taking him to a different vet for another professional opinion... They refused to euthanize and then threatened to report us for animal cruelty if we took our cat elsewhere. In the end, after phone calls with authorities, and he said she saids, they did euthanize our cat and now he's free from suffering.

When my guinea pig needed emergency care, even though they didn't have to, they still helped me find a place that could treat her because they couldn't treat her themselves. They saved her life, and I couldn't be more grateful for their genuine love of animals. It's so rare to find people whose care for pets extends beyond their monetary value to their business, I've been in tears thinking about what could have happened if they hadn't gone the extra mile to help my animal friend.

I randomly called this location for an urgent visit for my dog and they were able to take me that day. Unfortunately we loss our dog before the scheduled appointment so I called to let them know we no longer needed to come in. I was emotional during the call and said out loud, “I don’t know what to do now.” I was saying it to myself and the person in the phone thought I was saying it to them lol She was so nice and advised that I could bring him in and they would assist with cremation services.We got there just before closing and I didn’t feel rushed, they graciously offered us to go into a private room to say our final goodbyes. I appreciate their patience and grace. So much aloha in a time we needed it the most. I appreciate them so much <3

My dog had surgery here to remove a lump. I wish I had taken him someplace else for a 2nd opinion. He went in walking and came out paralyzed. When I took him back to be seen the paralysis was brushed off as "these things take time to heal." Another vet office/hospital in Waikele was extremely helpful and sympathetic.

Quality service for the vet visit fee compared to other vet offices I have been at. They may not have the nicest office but they won't nickel and dime you to death with their fees or outrageous prices that other vets charge. Definitely recommend.

Visiting from off island, an emergency came up with my dog and we call around and got the same results as if we were home where their is vets but cannot see you pet because they are too busy! Well the staff person told us over the phone that we can bring him in on a stand by status! At least we weren't placed in the dark! They gave us the a chance to see him. The doctor and staff were very professional and understanding! They gave their devotion and love remembering that our pets are part of our family too!
