So have been using the guys off and on for a few years and never had problems. Brought my truck here for oil change and they told me my tires were balled and brakes (were 3mm inside and out) needed replaced.
Not a problem I got new tires from Costco and my old ones were quite balled.
For the bakes I went back to the dealer because I like the factory pad...turns out, my pads were perfectly fine and measured 5mm and 6mm. Luckily it only cost me 102$ for the inspection instead of 700$ for new brakes.
Will never bring a car here again for service.

I was in/out within 1.5 hours after dropping off my vehicle for new tires. Great experience and service thanks to Sean and Paul! Highly recommended!

Went in to get tire plugged, and they said it was not able to be plugged in that It went through a side wall. It would be $286 for a new tire. Went down the road to a pop garage, and it fact it wasn't near a side wall and was plugged.

Arrogant staff. I bought new tires a few months ago and came back to your store. Walked in and told them I have a screw in my tire. He said we will call you. We are to busy. He Looked up my history and then walked over to a picture of tire. Where is the screw. Showed him and he said we don't repair that you'll have to buy a new tire. Dismissive and arrogant.I Was a business owner for 25 years. I would fire any employee that treated my customer like that

The customer service at this store is the worst! The arrogance of the men that work there is so disrespectful.I've had numerous visits at this store and it's always the same thing. I booked in a oil change service and they don't even do the things included in the deal.
I've had the tire pressure like go on and they say there is nothing wrong. When it keeps coming back on and they finally look at my tires they see there is a nail in it. So basically they never checked it the first time.
Time to find a new place to care for my car.

Why do you keep a phone if you’re not going to answer it? I was trying to find out status on my car and no one would answer. Took too long as-well to get my situation fixed, it really shouldn’t have taken that long. Dropped it off at 9 am 4pm it’s nowhere near done!!

Heard some really loud noises when I drove to a nearby pharmacy. Was really worried about my wheel or tire being loose, and was seeking clarity from a professional as to whether I should cease driving immediately or was safe to drive home the next town over. This was the only open place, I guess most auto places close around 5. I arrived at around 5:40 and explained my concerns to the person working in the lobby. I expressed apologies that I was arriving so close to closing, but was worried about driving home safely. Was told it would cost $240 solely to diagnose. In the future, I hope he gets charged the same amount when he asks someone to diagnose his glitching business computer.

People like Paul Hayashi is why I hate bringing my business to Goodyear and other similar auto corporations. I went to get a quote on Monday to simply reattach my splash guard. The service rep explained to me they would put my SUV on the lift and reattach it and would be $25. I came back on Wed and told Paul, a different rep what I need done and he told me it would be $40. I mentioned to him that the price I was already quoted was $25. To that he gave me a stone cold stare and told me it didn't matter. Then he tried to figure out who previously helped me only to try to discredit his own colleague. He said the other guy didn't know what he was taking about. Talk about disrespectful. The other rep who helped me was an old timer and I remember him from years ago and he seemed to know exactly what he was talking about. I don't know if Paul takes advantage of just women or all customers. If you're reading this Paul, I'm not stupid. I know exactly what you did and I was choosing my battles wisely. $40 is not expensive, it's just the disgusting feeling of being taken advantage of as a customer. I went ahead with the work only out of convenience. I will never bring any of my cars here for anything more than this. I will continue to support local small business owners or bigger companies that offer quality service and fair prices. Tires are cheaper at Discount Tire & Costco and there's a lot of local auto shops. Side note - I don't expect this shop to make any changes as Paul knows how to rack up the bills which means big money for this location. This is just some info for customers.

I took my truck in a month ago for the free 29 point inspection and had to get the alignment done. Well, here I am a month later because my truck was pulling to the right. Took it back yesterday morning for the free 29 point inspection and told them that there's a metal to metal like clanking noise coming from the driver's side front end when going down bumpy roads and taking slight left turns. About 45 minutes later they called and said my truck was done and I asked what was the problem, I was told they didn't hear or find anything. I went back to pick it up and told the guy the noise is there, so he offered to have the technician take a drive with me so I agreed. About 5 minutes into driving the noise started and he heard it so went back to the shop. 15-20 minutes later was told that the sway bar links was not tightened enough so he tightened them and no noise. I ended up having to pay for another alignment at the end of it. Then left to go home, the same exact noise came back. So in short, I wasted time and money because the problem is still there, not happy at all.

Made an appt the night before for 1:30 for an oil change while I wait there for it and waited till 3:48 to check on my car. They said it hasn't been looked at yet. They stated that drive up vehicle inspections were taking a lot of time, which means they don't care about people making appointments, they are more concerned about inspections. I took my car and left like the lady before me did. I wouldn't recommend this place for an oil change, horrible service because there was no service done on my vehicle! Why make an appointment if you are gonna take walk in first for an inspection instead of customers that try to do the right thing.
