I brought my 4yr old in and assured the gentleman at the counter (didn’t get his name) that she would be a great client. She had been talking about getting her hair cut for hours. He set us up with Sky and she was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. She was so kind and calm with my daughter! Sky even got my youngest asking for her turn! Both my girls got fantastic wash and cuts. I’m so thankful they took my little beauties and we will def be back!

Came here for a quick trim. The hair stylist spent less than 10 minutes on me without shampoo/wash. Total came out to $41 including tax. If you want to tip the stylist you have to pay cash. They didn’t post their prices and I didn’t think that a trim at Fantastic Sams would be this much. If you decide to come here just make sure you are clear about the price. The great thing about this place is that you can just walk in.Service: Haircut

Linda cuts my hair now that my previous stylist retired.Only complaint I have is you can not add a tip when paying for your bill. Cashier said it's because they keep running out of cash.I blame the management for not planning properly. They need to fix this as I have NEVER HEARD of any other business who does this. Fix this so we can tip our stylist.

Absolute Worst Place Ever! DO NOT GO HERE! Filed a complaint with Better Business Bureau Owner Don is irrational and lashes out at customers. I watched him yell at multiple customers, and he screams at the staff. Ive called twice now to book an appointment and he keeps hanging up the phone on me. Too expensive, overpriced for what you get. Terrible customer service from the salon staff Go to supercuts, sportsclips, luxe, bravo, anywhere but here.

I would like to give a huge shout out to my girl Crystal Philson!! My family and I have been having Crystal work her magic on our hair for years!! She's never failed us and always produces quality work! I don't let anyone else touch my kids hair and I only trust her! I let my 16yr old daughter get her hair colored for the very first time. And of course with Crystal, I am always amazed by the work she did and always does! I have referred a ton of people to go and get their hair done by her! You won't be disappointed ever!

My girls and I come here often to get our hair trimmed and touched up by Crystal. She always makes sure to make us feel comfortable and excited to see the finished product. Never disappoints us with her work of art. Never fails to have us feeling beautiful everytime. Highly recommend!!

Staff was friendly but the haircut was rushed and not good at all. I think the hairstylist name was Lulu. As she was cutting my girlfriends hair, about halfway through she found out one of her regulars were coming in soon and she wanted to cut her clients hair so bad that's all she cared about. As soon as she found that out, she couldn't care less about my girlfriend and rushed through the rest of the haircut. All she wanted was a couple inches cut and layered and to trim her bangs. Her bangs weren't even touched and the haircut from the back was super uneven. She also let the hair fall into my girlfriends face and mask as she was rushing. She didn't even take the time to brush the hair off so when I saw her after her haircut, she had hair all over her face and shirt! That's really rude to just neglect your current client so you can get to your regular client faster. If we could wait, so can anyone else and it wasn't a haircut that would take forever. If you aren't one of Lulu's regulars, might as well request someone else in advance. Get someone who cares about everyone and not just the people they know.

Starting 40 minutes after scheduled appointment time. I scheduled an appointment for 9 am. I was on time and ready to start my all-over color and cut. I was told after waiting a bit that my stylist was running a few minutes late, ok no problem so I ran and hit the atm came back and continued to wait. After 30 minutes of waiting I asked to see their color swatches so once she arrived we could get started right away as I was in a hurry and had scheduled around the hair appointment and my time cushion was getting thin. After selecting a color the male owner(?) took me to a station and 40 minutes after my SCHEDULED appointment finally started my color. After the color was put on the "stylist" who I was scheduled with leisurely walks in with no mask (though the rest of us had to have them on). There is discussion about what appointment she missed and when he pointed to me (while I'm still sitting in the chair processing) she shrugged and continued to the back room to place her belongings down. Then proceeded to come back to a different station without a mask on and began to style her own hair and COUGHING all over the place. When the "owner" came back to check my color I told him her behavior was unprofessional and as the client she stood up it was frustrating. He said "I understand I'll talk to her later about it". We finished up the color and he began to dry and style my hair and I reminded him my appointment was for a cut and color he said "oh so you are going to get a cut after all". Umm never mentioned NOT getting a cut after all that is what the appointment was for! Finally finished and went to pay and was over charged, and I mean almost double what I was quoted over the phone and what their prices were listed as! I didn't have time to argue I paid my bill no complaints and left. Flash forward 2 weeks no color left in my hair had to have it redone almost as though a temp color wad used rather then a permanent one. I WILL NEVER GO BACK! Save your time, your money, and your hair and go else where! If not you will be left waiting, and leave with sub-par work and a doubled bill!

My regular stylist was booked for months so walked in to this location see if I could get a spur of the moment haircut. The man at the front desk was pleasant, told me yes, and that it would be about a 20 minute wait. Yoli greeted me soon after and proceeded to wash my hair, cut, and blow dry. She was very friendly and did a thorough job. I feel like I have to say that I'm not picky with my hair and am always pleased after a hair cut. It did take a little longer than I expected though. My total was $68 (not including tip) for a shampoo, haircut, and blow dry. I thought this was a bit pricey and had I known the price before, probably would've tried to find somewhere cheaper. Overall, I'd come back if I decided on a haircut last minute and would ask for Yoli again.
