It's been awhile since I've been to this location, but Cookies never disappoints. Always cute clothing which I couldn't pass up on and I met such a very nice and personable manager by the name of Yolanie. Thank you for your help and it was great chatting with you. Will be back for more cute outfits. Supporting local businesses especially with what happened with the flood is a great way to give back.

Located conveniently in Mililani Town center. Usually would pass by when shopping and decided to finally check it out since it's been. The mall was pretty busy for a Wednesday & dinner time. I walked in with no greeting whatsoever from the girl working. Staff was just busy talking story to a friend. Looked at me, no smile, or greeting. Browsed the store.. for a few minutes, and nothing. Selection was okay. Nothing special. Kinda like a more pricey Jeans Warehouse.

This place is so cute.The clothes are good quality and they ladies there are super nice!!Prices are a big much tho but they always have a good selection on the sales racks.As usual everything was neatly organized100% yes

Went there with my sister to shop for my daughters wedding. Yolani was “da bess”!!! She was so helpful and went over and beyond helping us and we both found something!! We got everything there, an outfit, jewelry and shoes. Samantha was also helping and so sweet as she cashed us out. This is my new go to shop for something fun and different ? Thanks Yolani for letting us use the “shoes”……my sister ended up going to Target and got a pair for her outfit!!!!?????

Cute clothes and super friendly sales staff! Not sure what brought us to Mililani Town Center but walking through, noticed cute women's clothing shop. Watch out for board outside the door indicating special sales and promos. Salesperson was extremely helping making suggestions and swapping out sizes. Ended up buying a cute shorts set and shirts. Would definitely return just for the friendliness of the staff and it doesn't hurt that the prices are fair and styles/fit for all ages **I remember now, we came for the mochi shop!**

First the lady covered the price tags. Then she told me they don't carry my size as I'm lookin at sizes small medium and large. And then immediately took me to the clearance section as if I couldn't afford the clothes there. I am a petite 5 foot 5 woman who came into the store because the dress in the window caught my eye. I'll spend my money elsewhere before I spend it here.

I love shopping at Cookies!! Its a weakness lol. My first experience ever was at Cookies Mililani Norie was the person who assisted me. She was sooo helpful. She asked me questions about styles I like , what I was looking for or thinking of.. She was great she found me styles that I liked and already new which colors looked on me. I appreciate so much a Stylist attitude and that's what she has!! She is able to look at me and tell me what size in different style would fit me best and she is always right. Needless to say I spent way too much money lol as I loved much of what she showed me .She has a way of making you feel comfortable. She regularly checked on me in the fitting room and gave me her TRUE opinion on outfits I was trying on which I REALLY appreciate too. I shop at Cookies Mililani because I love when Norie is there to assist me ... I know I'll always find the best outfits that suite me and go home feeling great! I had visited Kapolei location which was also great.. but went back to Mililani because even though the staff was nice there ..they did not assist and cater to me and make me feel so special like Norie does!! Can't wait to go back!!!

Update: Norie is so thoughtful she knows how to put an outfit together to really accentuate my body type. She's so nice, she also gave me make up recommendations to match the outfit! Really loved the customer service! Norie is so awesome and helpful. She made my shopping experience so much more

Really loved the trendy fashion that Cookies had in stock. Walked in and it was so hard to fight the urge to buy one of everything! Visiting my Home Island from Jersey and needed fun, sophisticated, beautiful outfits and that's exactly what I got! Reminded me of the boutiques right on the Jersey Shore Boardwalk. Norie was SO helpful and gave me many things to try. Loved her ideas and tips on accessorizing the outfits. Thank you!!! Literally all my evening/going-out outfits for the rest of the trip were from here. I received compliments for every piAbsolutely loved it and recommend it!!!

I can't help but visit all the time, I work close by. I can see the new items beautifully displayed and I'm drawn in. The prices are a bit more than I care to pay, but every now and then I make a purchase. It's nice to know that if this location doesn't have your size, there are other locations that might. There's a sale/clearance rack toward the back that might have good finds but that's always right place right time. Usually there's a sign outside or at the door and if there is a special sale you'll see it there or even on social media. Black Friday is a good deal but good luck waiting on the fitting room to try on! No matter how much I try, I can never stay away. Cookies always has something to appeal to everyone of any age!
