Never have I ever been met with such rudeness. I recently got a big payout settlement from when I got injured at my job. Now Ive struggled in the past paying my bills. But when I finally had the money hit my account I was so happy. When I had gone to the bank to pull out money... The bank teller stopped me and I ended up speaking with the manager. The manager then proceeds to ask me how I got the money. He dared to ask me if I had stolen it. I had to show proof from my settlement papers from court. Now this money was a wire transfer directly from the insurance company that paid me. They can see it on their end where the money came from. Now to make matters worst.. even when I showed proof he continues to proceed to pass judgment saying to go get a job. I told him I work 3 jobs to make ends meet. That money is my money and if he continues to treat me like this I will take my moneys and do business elsewhere. I know bank with American savings.

I came here because according to their website today they are selling yen at 140.5 yen - $1. I went to the window and spoke with Abcide. She answered all my questions and was so nice and patient. She informed me that I have to open an account to get the yen at that price and I have to pay for them yen in cash. Okay, no problem. Went to my CU get the cash and back to CPB to open my account. Helen helped me as soon as I walked in. We opened my account, ordered my yen and she even had me download the CPB app to make sure I was able to set up and log in. Everyone here is so nice and pleasant.. it really makes me want to do more banking here. I also told Helen... every time I say or think Central Pacific Bank I hear their jingle in my head! Talk about good and effective advertising!! :)

I have unfortunately had several horrible experiences at the CPB Mililani branch. The "teller manager" there is very unprofessional. She communicates with a very abrasive tone! If you are not considered "A Regular" be prepared to be treated as less than important! She could really use a seminar on common courtesy to "all" that enters the bank. No consistency! One bad apple doesn't represent the character of the entire bank, but having her as "teller manager" is a very poor choice considering her character and the fact that she unfortunately interacts with the public daily! People in her position should be treating everyone equally and with respect.

You have a policy that requires customers to remove their Mask for 2 Seconds. This policy exposes your customer to Covid-19. A better way is to use thumb/finger print scanner. Wipe the scanner after every use. This way your bank will not expose customers to Covid-19. Be the leader of good banking practices and I'm sure more and more customers will feel safe coming to your bank.

This bank is simply the best! From their foyer with a tv and nice chairs; to little or no lines; great staff in every department. I couldn't ask for anything more!

This place is so slow I was waiting in line for a good 15 minutes they only had to cashier's. Come on people have stuff to do.

Located near assagios in Mililani Town center the staff here is always friendly. Needed to make some fast transitions in my life and the assistant branch manager went above and beyond to help me in anyway she could. Fair rates, great customer service in person.
