I watched a tutorial on YouTube on how to install, it it was an O'Reilly video. I was unsuccessful installing the wipers and the video mentioned that they would send someone outside their store to install them. I called and two minutes later a gentleman came out and installed them quickly and with a smile. Thank you for making the experience easy, painless and efficient. There is plenty of parking in the plaza. The staff was friendly and attentive. I was greeted when I walked in, and checked on to see if I needed any help to find what I was looking for.
