Where to this store to get a new phone n ask how to unlock da iPhone that I buy from AT&T his associate ask me if I buy my phone from anywhere like fb like really then ask for manager n he came same ask when I payoff never go to mililani location bad customer service even da manager talk about customer I can hear him talk about me like I come get a new phone n show me how to unlock my iPhone that all how sample is that ?I don’t recommend this location.i think they only good at sell but not good yo help customer ?

Steve was the best representative that I have ever had at this ATT store. So helpful. Took his time with an old lady. Explained a lot yo me about my phone and new watch.

Nicole our rep was outstanding!! Such a caring and thoughtful person!! She made us feel comfortable and I not rushed. Also answered all of our questions promptly. We will ask for her again if we need help in the future. Thanks for our 5 Star service!! Please give her a raise!!

I went to AT&T to switch my prepaid for an unlimited plan but requested to keep my old phone number. Not only the attendant was super dismissive and trying to sell me unnecessary things that i was NOT requesting the entire time, but kept lying that keeping old number is “impossible” and i would never get it, on AT&T or another carrier. Went to Verizon instead and they kept my old number, got a free Phone and a cheaper unlimited deal EASY. At least other 3 people walked on Verizon while i was there reporting the same issue and switching carriers as a resolution.

We visited nearby AT & T store looking for options to our phones aging batteries. We opted to upgrade and sales rep Evan was very knowledgeable and honest.We are very happy with our choices and his assistance

Sheila and Roberto were very welcoming and went above and beyond to help answer any questions and assist with getting my service set up! They were by far some of the best store reps I’ve ever met in my 7+ years with AT&T and very knowledgeable! I HIGHLY recommend you see them if you plan on swinging by there!!!

I went in to talk about getting on my own phone plan.. and I also went in to see if I could upgrade my phone. I was able to walk out with both of those achieved. It was a lengthy process, but worth it. I had fun talking and laughing with the person that helped me.

Went here to have my phone fixed because I got locked up ? Unfortunately they couldn’t fixed it because its some apple security stuff. RYAN was very helpful and informative, he explained to us whats the best solution to it, the pros and cons and answered all our questions! He was very patient and attentive to our other concerns too. Definitely look for Ryan when you go to At&t!!! 10/10 customer service! ?

I bought my phone at AT&T, my service is also through AT&T but when I brought my phone to you told me to take my phone to Best buy. When the next appointment wasn't for almost 2 weeks, I went back to you. They now say my phone is under warranty. Why didn't you tell me that first time. I received my new phone through Motorola brought it to AT&T. I could go on and on, but I feel it was a mistake going through AT&T. By the way, they were too busy to install my SIM card into the new phone.
