“90%+ of the staff at the Kula post office are great however there is one individual who has no respect, is downright rude and ignores clients. He has no people skills and the thing is, we all pay taxes which therefore means that we pay the staff salaries and by definition, they work for us, that's right, as they are offering a service to us but this one dud, man! He certainly is not at the right place he should be working in a non public interacting position.”
