I was at the pharmacy today and witnessed care and understanding the staff had for customers even though it was close to closing time. I am so happy to have CVS/Longs close by and Shane the manager who is always on the floor helping customers.”

“Hello, Sadly we have not been happy when dealing with CVS in AZ but unfortunately are forced to buy meds from you bc that's what our insurance requires.We are in Maui for a while and found that I forgot to bring two critical meds that are taken daily. This was very upsetting as it usually turns into a huge problem at our local CVS and can take several days to resolve. I called the CVS at 55 Kiopaa Street, Pukalani, Hi. and spoke to Kiaaina (not sure about spelling). she was absolutely outstanding, caring, professional, capable and helpful...just amazing. My problem was resolved in a matter of minutes. She is by far the best CVS employee I have ever dealt with and is deserving of special recognition. My wife had a similar with Dominique.”
