“Value: 3.5 stars Quality: 4 stars Service: 4 stars I have spent a lot of time browsing this store, and my favorite purchases here include: one of my favorite dresses, baby shower presents, and a hilarious hat for my husband. They have jam-packed there store with high quality and well-curated items, ranging from baby outfits and toys to candles and Christmas ornaments. It's a great place to shop for a present if you want to be inspired. One note of caution: while they do stock many local products, it's about 50/50 whether the item you're looking at is designed or made in Hawaii versus from a mainland brand. If you're specifically shopping for something local, you'll need to check the tags to confirm before you buy. Prices here are fair, and sometimes you can snag a great deal on their sale rack, although it often contains damaged items so be sure to check carefully! Tip: no Kama'aina discount here.”

“All of our pots and statues come from Indolotus. The guys are always knowledgeable about the inventory and I run ideas by them so they can help me with a color scheme. They make my job easier when I install pots from Indolotus. We have made fountains out of many pots that we have purchased from them. They have the best variety and the best looking pots available on Maui. Can't beat their prices!”

“The best tourist shop I've ever been to and probably the best part of our trip to Maui. The shop owner was unbelievable and took so much time with my daughters. She was so incredible and likely one of those amazing people that my daughter will talk about for years. We went to over priced shop after over priced shop with all the same stuff until we hit this one. It's full of unique and well priced things.”

“Ross always comes Thru with good deals and a good selection of merchandise. We were vacationing on Maui and My Mother in law needed some sandals. We went to Ross and she found 2 pairs she liked.”
“MJ helped me find these door locks that weren't on the shelf. She grabbed the big ladder and started searching. We search for at least ten minutes and she wasn't giving up until she found them. Great customer service! If I could leave 20 Stars I would!!!”

“Rating the store front and quality of clothes. I was introduced to Kūlua through the Made in Hawaii festival and fell in love with the prints, softness of fabric, and customer service! They're so so kind. I was excited to visit the storefront and was not disappointed. There's lots of parking, the store is open and bright. There's a clearance section, but I love that it appears to also house the patterns for the clothes! When I was shopping, I'm pretty sure the owner was also cutting fabric. So cool to see the clothes being made! I tried on a dress, which the owner pointed out was a little shorter than the others. She offered to make another one if I wanted a longer length. I thought that was such a nice gesture!”
