Lady with the dark hair, tattoos and drawn on eyebrows is very unfriendly. She made me feel quite unwelcome and like I was annoying her. I made zero small talk and did absolutely nothing i could figure out why she would be so upset to help me, just asked to deposit a check and by her reaction, youd think I was a smelly person asking to use the bathroom. Terrible customer service.

Been in a 15 to 25 minute line twice in the past two weeks. If you have anything to do other than stand in a line, don't come to this branch. Had 145 fraudulent charges on my account in 4 days and they charged me 8 times of 30$ overdraft fees that they refused to remove while fraudulent charges were still coming through on my account. If you try and talk to anyone in person at the Pukalani branch they refer you to a number where you wait another hour on line to talk to someone.

The worst of the worst. Closed an account in person, but somehow FHB forgot to finish the paperwork. They accepted auto charges on an account that didn't exist. Then they tried to tell me if a debit comes in, that reopens your account. BS!! They lied to cover their errors. Unacceptable all the way around. Don't even consider these incompetents. I'd give 0 stars if it was an option.

Awesome staff. Can't blame them for changing policies. Been a member of the branch since a teen. Tellers are friendly. Charlene remembers me even after being gone for school for 13+ years. Love the old school paniolo decor. Please don't move.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS BRANCH! Rude clerks. They keep repeating same sentence over and over. Very condescending behavior. They act like your ignorant and cannot comprehend what they are repeating. What they are telling you is red tape and bad customer service. Whoever is Manager of this bank should be fired. Zero customer service. They act like they are doing you a favor by taking your money! Go to different branch or different bank.

All the fees! I'm using the ATM attached to the building and it's 75 cents to get my balance inquiry. And then $9.99 a month for online access unless I have a personal account! Your shady behavior reaffirms my decision.

Bank Lost deposit check $1250 for 7 days, nobody looked until confronted. They said never got depoisted but behold it finely was located in bank. Once they gave a little effert to check.
