Thank you Beate and your entire staff for the beautiful letter and book of "Goodnight Goodnight Lahaina Town" and let me tell you this you are beautiful kind generous hard working people of Maui and most of all you are strong and stay strong Lahaina Town will return and make a big comeback with its beautiful lights and all those memories we hold so strong in our hearts will live on, I was married in Lahaina Town, we had once lived at the Front St Apartments, and on our visits yearly we always felt Maui was our Ohana. On my end here in San Diego I will always for the rest of my life keep the memories of Lahaina alive and never forget. I will always keep reminding people on the Mainland to never forget Lahaina and to always be reminded of Lahaina Town and someday it will once again thrive..remember you have the Banyon Tree fighting for its survival and it will survive but remember you have the very first and oldest Lighthouse in Hawaii, the Lahaina Lighthouse and its light will come back on to guide all ships back to Lahaina Harbor. The Lahaina Lighthouse guiding to harbor will guide Maui's return to guide you all to new life and prosperity. The light will return and bring you all back home to where you belong and that is Lahaina Town.
The book is beautiful and I will cherish it forever.

We shop at Droplets every holiday. This year we bought a Danish PlusPlus letter cards and mini "lego" package. This amazing activity kept my 4.5 year old son busy during a few days of torrential rain (thank you Droplets). When we return home to Canada the precious word cards were missing. My mom emailed Droplets and they were willing and able to send a new set of cards. This level of care and customer service should be applauded. Not only is the store awesome, they are so invested in their clients that they care about their experience even when they are far from the shop. Bravo! We will continue to shop every holiday and online while we are away.

Nice kids store. Covid restrictions are quite strong, almost to the point of being overbearing. No discounts for Makawao residents, which is fine considering it’s a consignment shop. Prices are competitive with similar kids shops here and in Paia.

I found a few things I wanted to buy but decided not to because the shop was incredibly unwelcoming. They made us wait to enter the almost empty store and then required we use their hand sanitizer. Even though it was only me and two kids, they wouldn’t let one other adult adult enter. I explained they were in our household and the lady responded that it didn’t matter if they were in the same household as me because it was to protect her health. Every other store in town was wonderful and welcoming - except Droplets.

I go to Hawaii almost every year. Last year when I went I was an expecting grandma and stopped at their store. Prices are a bit high, but the quality is there. So I can't go there this year because of Covid so I guess I will have to order on line. Love this store.

Thank you for helping pick the perfect gift for brother and SIL's baby shower! Droplets worked with me over the phone and through text to pick out several wonderful items, and then went above and beyond to wrap and hand deliver them with only a few days notice! It was an easy and fun experience. ? Mahalo from Seattle
