Lady at the front is rude and they are completely disorganized. They need to figure out a better way to operate

I got there and tried to book an appointment in person. The woman at the front desk laughed at me and told me to just walk in. I did not appreciate that.However, the man that took my blood sample, was very kind and careful.It is really good to have this labs upcountry. It was sad for me to have that kind of response at the front desk. However, I will come back to this clinical labs again hoping the attention is better. The other times I've used this labs, the staff has been kind and patient

A little bothered. I get fasting labs every single month for a prescription I take and am very aware of what needs to be done and when. I called to ask a few questions prior to since I usually go to the labs by Mastroiannis office, (they were closed) and I feel like instead of receiving answers to my specific questions I was getting told things I already knew and it was really not helpful, but frustrating. Listen to the question and what's being said fully, then speak ya knowledge. It's real helpful.

These labs are all over but this one is closest to my house so I come here when I have to do fasting labs. Things have gotten progressively worse over the last year. You take a number before you can sign in . I arrived at 6:45 am today and it took 33 minutes just to check in , then another before my blood was drawn. I guess everyone thought they'd get in early . So plan Accordingly! Once inside the phlebotomists are first rate. I'm the kind that's a difficult draw and at other labs have had painful bruise inducing draws but never once here or at any other of the Clinical labs on the island.

I love coming to this clinical labs, walked in about 7:45 & there were 6 people ahead of me so I checked in and the girl checking me in was really nice. So I sat down I waited, everyone ahead of me was called really fast. It was 8:05 and I was called. In and out. How awesome is that 20 minutes... awesome staff.
