Not a very nice person from the start! I am in the retail customer service field for over 30 years. I called her and she was rude on the phone! I don't know why anybody would go to her with the attitude she has.

Its a sanctuary too for cats & there is a dog who helps this wonderful being Barbra with the kitties /cats he is special & I can get my taxes prepared , how does this lady do it all? Wow! Thank you
