This bank steals money from
My account daily - it just disappears beware of this bank , watch your amounts hundreds missing a month - changing Banks asap to a credit union which is non profit - bank with them if you want to lose your money.

My brother has had an account with Bank of Hawaii for about 30 years. His wife just died and I few in from California to help him with paperwork and to get through this hard time. My brother received some paperwork that need to be notarized and mailed right away. We went to his bank for help as I recommended because my bank is alway so helpful in California. We came into the bank, explaining the situation and ask for help. The new accounts clerk said you need an appointment, and the hours are 9:00 am - 11:00 am. Sorry. As you could see she was doing nothing. I asked if she could help us, my brother's wife had just died, I just flew in from California? She said we might want to drive into town to the UPS Store! I am shocked. Where is the customer service? Where is compassions? Shame on this branch. They will never get my business.
