First things first: the employees are extremely friendly and really try to help. Extra star for that.

I've only had a good experience with the friendly staff in this store. But I had 2 big boxes ( each with their own separate tracking number) sent from the mainland to Kauai. One of the boxes was very damaged in transit, so UPS decided the best course of action was to send BOTH boxes all the way back across the Pacific Ocean. Why would they send a box that has its own tracking & is perfectly fine? And WHY would they decide a damaged box is safe to send all the way back!? They could have simply called me to some pick them up! Now I have to wait weeks longer, pay again, try to get a refund, & will never use UPS for my business again.

I just wanted to leave a good review for all of the employees I have encountered here in Lihue. The few times I pop in everyone is so pleasant, kind, and helpful. There is no name on my receipt just an employee number but the person with arm tats and pink hair went the extra step for me and I really really appreciate it. And that isn't to say the person helping me before them was not equally kind and professional. Thanks for the kind human interaction!!

I’ve been to UPS for several Amazon returns the last couple weeks. Just want to say that Kaina is a rock star! He was cheerful, patient & talented at his job. It’s a gift to make running errands simple & pleasant for people. He’s got it down to a science. A+ customer service. Thank you, sir!?
