Absolutley great customer service. At first, I was a little annoyed with the value on my trade in, but they were absolutely awesome with talking to me and explaining in depth things I didn't think of or know of. In the end, knowing more of the barriers they have to hurdle, I felt I was given a fair price. Randy was awesome with keeping me up to date on my new vehicles shipping and arriving, and very welcoming and helpful through the sales process. Outside of my sale, they have great people working there. John Putnam wasn't even the one who ended up doing my sale, (I was first introduced to him awhile back), and he still contacted me asking how my car was and how I felt out of just genuine care. They are the only place on island, selling you a great and brand new vehicle without a $10,000 "market adjustment". First brand new car and they made my experience awesome. I am glad I went with Servco Kauai!

I’m new to the area and went in today for some parts for my Subaru. The parts department was extremely welcoming and knowledgeable about any questions I had.

Sean Hiranaka is a great person to work with. I was recommended to see him from multiple sources. My girlfriend and a both bought tacomas through him and we loved the war he approach sales. Does not feel like your typical sales guy who is pushy and allows you to make your own decisions. Not to mention he’s a great guy! Thanks again Sean looking forward to sending people your way????

This is the worst Toyota shop on Kauai and I do not recommend anyone to go to this shop for repairs and maintenance, when I went to this shop to get my Tundra's oil changed he made me wait six hours and broke the screws on my tire and made me pay for the repair myself.

My salesman was John Putman and he made my car buying experience so easy. He was super friendly yet professional and the biggest thing was that he wasn't pushy about anything. He let me lead the entire experience and he stuck around like a trusty sidekick. The big red bow on my new car at the end was the cherry on top of this delicious Servco cake. Great job Servco!

Going to car dealership is something I've always avoided. Of necessity, I had to take my vehicle in to be serviced today (after a 3-month wait for an appointment, sympathetically scheduled by Precious), and the customer service provided by Royce was stellar! He made my day.

Bought a Chevy avalanche from Chris. Asked if something was wrong as the engine would shoot up when I would press the gas during test drive. He said it was fine. Right after purchase I had to spend thousands to fix the engine. Service Kauai has no problem screwing anyone over and selling broken Vehicles. Would give a zero review if possible.

The ABSOLUTE WORST! I do not recommend coming here. Dropped my 2020 4runner off here not knowing the horrible things I'd have to go through!!! They kept my car for 4 months! Barely updated us on our car status. Told us our insurance would cover the cars cost. They then tried to charge us $1000 to finally pick the car up 4 months later and all they did was change spark plugs! I pick the car up feb 3rd and paid $400 then within hours that day after driving it off the lot the issue came right back!!!!!!!!!! Not even a full day getting it back from them. They had my car for 4 months and nothing got fixed. The Absolute Worst. I do not recommend AT ALL. They currently have my car and who knows how much longer they'll have it for... I feel like my time has been absolutely wasted and am beyond heartbroken.

On Monday afternoon October 25, 2021 I brought my 2012 Tacoma in for routine service. All employees I dealt with were efficient, courteous and very helpful. Today-Wednesday, October 27, I called them at 5:48PM (12 minutes before they closed) I had an emergency light come on suddenly. They told me to come by and they’d have a look at the issue. They figured it out quickly and fixed it within 15 minutes of my arrival -even being closed!!). The issue was NOT RELATED to the scheduled maintenance. THANK YOU Servco Auto Kaua’i!!!!
