Stay away from this business. They will rip you OFF any chance they get. I paid $25 for them to replace a $3 battery in my G-Shock, 3 days later I noticed my watch starting to fog up so I went back twice but nobody was at the store and they didn't answer my calls. A week later I finally got there when they were open but the lady there told me they can send it in for a quote to repair, $75 for just the quote! They messed up something when they replaced the battery but won't acknowledge it...Shady owners. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS.

This Jewelry store is absolutely terrible. They have very old product on hand that does not sell because of the price. I took back an expensive watch that really never kept accurate time and the band was so old that it was falling apart. I was treated very unprofessionally and did not get a full refund.

All I needed was a watch battery replaced.... They took my watch, and the lady couldn't press the back on, so she asked if they could keep it until her husband comes in the next day. Well that was seven days ago! The sign on the door says open 10am-4pm, and I call B.S. because I have stopped by to settle up between the posted hours and the store is closed.

I called in advanced today to see if I could get my piercing done today and they said I could come after 2 pm to do it. Make my way to the place after 2 pm only for the doors to be locked and no one answering my calls. Waste of a trip and time. If I could rate this place anything less than a 1 I would at the moment.

I called asking about Pandora charms.. she said they were the only one allowed to carry them in Kauai but were not anymore since 2014. she went on to say they had other charms like them that represented Hawaii. They were in a mostly empty case and looked cheap at best. One said "mom." Hmmm.. Hawaii? She did have a gecko too. Not very friendly and misrepresented terribly over the phone.

My mother and I have been customers for more than two decades. The owners are very kind and remember us whenever we go in. We used to live on the island and now visit every few years. We always purchase our heirloom jewelry from this store. It's a family-owned business and we feel very comfortable giving them our patronage. Most of all, we love our jewelry!

Have purchased many beautiful Hawaiian bracelets, earrings and love them all. Service is wonderful and owners are so sweet. I visit Kauai often and always purchase from Prestige Jewelers.

Located in the Kukui Grove Shopping Center, I come here for my watch battery replacement. Good service, but kinda expensive to get a watch battery..about $12.00. Jewelry wise, they got nice things, but some of the jade looks fake. Buyer beware. I might add that over 15 years ago I brought a pendant to get the stone mounted back on after it fell off. They lost the stone. Then they gave me the run around as to the status on my necklace. I was worried that they lost my necklace. I had to send my husband to get my necklace back. He got it back for me, thank goodness.
