I had an issue with my vehicle and went in to get a tool to remove my side view mirror cover, I was helped by Wayne and he went absolutely above and beyond trying to help me resolve my issue! Thanks to him my This guy deserves a raise and was the most helpful experience I've ever had!

I had a problem with my car and took it to Napa in Lihue. I was fortunate enough to have Albert wait on me. He was super helpful and patient with me and took care of the problem in a methodical manner. I tried to give him a tip but he would not take it.

What the hell is wrong with these guys? Not once, not twice, but THREE times I walked in, stood there, and waited for some acknowledgement while there were FOUR guys at the counter: One with a customer (which was understandable), two staring at their computer (not once looking up to acknowledge I was standing there for a while, no "we'll be right with you"), and the other one off and on the phone (or acting like he was on the phone). If your desk is closed to customer service, put a sign up. But seeing you just stand there and completely ignore a customer waiting is rude. No worry, I won't make it a fourth time.

The worst customer service experience ever. The two men that work the counter are the most condescending, unhelpful, sour faced people. They should not be in customer service. The one filipino looking employee that wears glasses was yelling at an elderly man and waving around a mini slugger as he threatened the man to "back off or else he was not going to service him". Apparently the elderly man was standing too close to the employee. Keep in mind the employee is sitting behind a tall counter with a plastic partition in between them. And the customer was probably in his 70's. This employee continues to verbally accost this elderly man and then lectures him about covid 19 and the vaccine as if he was an expert on the subject. Then this same employee calls out to the other customers waiting in line, still waving the mini slugger around. "Eh I like your phone number. You going witness this. You see this man is in my space". The second employee finally gets off the phone and starts to join in the verbal jousting. There are now 3 other customers in the store beside myself waiting for help. The whole time these two clowns are not actually helping anyone but instead harassing people. I finally had enough. I yelled out to the second man behind the counter and demanded some customer service. The response I got was, "Its only two of us working and we busy helping other customers. What you like?"... I told him what I wanted and he pointed to the far back corner of the store and an empty space on the shelf. I told him I looked there and no more. He offered no help other than to tell me he had to go in the back for my second item I wanted. But he never once offered to help me find what I was looking for nor did he move to go get my item from the back. I stormed out of there. If that's Napa's idea of "help" then I will no longer support your business. I will make the drive to Kalaheo or Hanapepe and see those guys. At least they have class and know how to treat people.
