Disappointing customer service. I had a mani and pedi. One of my nails got chipped over night, and I wasn’t using my hands to do any labor. I call the nail tech to get it repaired and she did not give me priority. She also blamed me for the nail being chipped even though most likely was the quality of the polish she used as it she was having to scrape the last bit out of the bottle. If your job fails you should prioritize repairing that first. She also communicated one price and then charged my cc more. Very rude and unprofessional to argue with your client, overcharged them and leave them unsatisfied. A week later one of my toe nails completely chipped. I didn’t bother to ask for anything at this point. I tried to make an appointment with another nail tech there who said she would help but her lack of communication left me not wanting to ever go back. I paid almost $200 including the tip, and that was my experience. I do not recommend.

100 STARS! I can’t say enough about the level of quality service I received from Lani’s nails. Been all over Kauai getting mani/pedi, acrylic, etc. Lai recommended Filler Gel for some length (I clean vacation rentals 7days/week. My nails/hands take a beating)! To my amazement, even after being unable to schedule a refill at the normal time frame, my nails were still intact after over a month! I’m telling you, don’t bother booking your nail appointment anywhere else unless you’re just sitting around at the pool all day not doing anything.

Saw Amanda who repaired and fixed my nails. She took me in as a walk-in client and was very friendly and detail oriented, no ka oi. The owner and Ti were also friendly to talk to. Felt very welcomed here, and I appreciated that. Don't forget to buy the cuticle oil that the owner makes. It smells devine and works great! Thank you!

My monthly visit is always such a pleasure. Lani and her lovely ladies always make my day. Beautiful salon, welcomeing and comfortable atmosphere. Couldnt imagine going anywhere else ☺️

What an absolute gem of a nail salon! Visiting the island, and they were able to fit me in with a walk-in. Amanda was the sweetest, and did such a great job with my pedicure. I'm so used to mainstream nail salons on the mainland, this is such a refreshing change, a small personalized salon that truly cares for it's customers. If you want a wonderful experience as well as fabulous care for your feet and nails this is your place. I have been a client for 6yrs now and I will never go anywhere else. They treat you like ohana. They due all the updated nail techniques that are out there. Creativity is always welcomed

I do not have enough words to explain how awesome this place is. I would never go any place else. The atmosphere is authentic the service is impeccable and the level of skill is unmatched. I definitely recommend booking an appointment. Walkins are never available due to constant booking! Love u guys!!

You don't really know how your nails should be done, until they get done right. Ya know?!I've been getting my nails done for years, and after my usual nail person disappeared I had to look for someone else and I am very happy I did. I've been going to Lani for a couple months now and she is amazing! I appreciate that she doesn't pile on the acrylic, she keeps all her tools sanitized and even sanitizes them as she is using them, and you can tell she actually is caring about the service she is providing. I haven't had any of the green spots develop since going to her, and with my prior person, it was a usual occurrence. Lani's shop is cute and always feels and looks clean, she does a fantastic job. Highly recommend.
