We recently leased an electric vehicle from Kuhio Motors. Our sales associate AL was wonderful to work with. He really listened to our situation and wishes and directed us to the perfect vehicle.
This is our first lease and our first EV.
AL was so patient and so kind. He guided us thru the lease process and went over and above teaching us about all the features and differences associated with Electric vehicles. We are so thankful for his help.
Kuhio Motors is lucky to have him. If you are there looking for a vehicle, ask for "Braddah" AL. You'll be happy you did!

A+ SERVICE ??✨?
Bryan, my technician and Kennah, my representative went above and beyond to help me. I am a tour operator and drive a 15 pax Ford Transit. My brakes were making noises and so I was afraid to drive people around the island. I went to Kuhio Ford first thing in the morning with no appointment. All my brakes and rotors were in need of replacing and I had a lot of work with that van the next day. I was freaking out. Kennah Bunao got me in real fast. She was kind and efficient, and had Bryan work on my van asap. Bryan was outstanding, not only he explained everything in detailed and showed me the condition of my wheels and tires but worked tirelessly to finish the job in one day even though we had to wait for parts to show up, and he had other jobs scheduled that day. He saved my an…and thanks to him, and Kuhio Ford I was back on the road, safe and working the next day. They got my loyalty and business. Thanks a million Bryan, Kennah and Chris Bunao.

I worked with Brandon recently on a diagnosis for service of my Ford Escape with a failed transmission. Brandon was very patient and great at explaining the situation to me, and he was very responsive picking up the phone every time I called. Ultimately I didn’t end up following through with the replacement transmission at Kuhio Ford but I still give them 5 stars for efficiency and customer service.

The worst experience ever. Wish i didn't have to service my vehicle but have prepaid for the service when bought my vehicle. Takes them an ENTIRE day to change oil. I schedule early morning service for a reason, but yet my vehicle isn't done till they close, EVERY SINGLE TIME!!! Is it because i have prepaid for the service so they don't have to treat me like a regular customer? TERRIBLE.

Brought my car into be serviced. Everyone was very nice. We had Julie check us in, Liz shuttled us back and forth so we didn't need to wait. Had to come back in to get my front license plate installed and while I waited Ricky from parts department helped me fix the batteries my son put in wrong when he dropped the key fob.My only complaint would be their prices, which is why I'm only giving 4 stars. Coming from AZ & California...I've never paid this much for a regular service

Appointment doesn't mean anything here. Got a text from kuhio appointment confirmed for 10am. Waited 2 and a half hours for them to even touch my car. When asked the service advisor he said that's a check in time. Appointmens take 3 hours after that to start. Employees smoke on property infront customers as well. Very turned off by this place.

Salesman was nice. Management would not abide by sales contract and services due that they wrote into contract. Very shady service. Bait and switch. Do not recommend.

Sends me off with a vehicle that isn’t safe to drive, with lights all over my dash on. Tells me nothing is wrong with my truck and that their computer can’t read the ABS lights so not to worry, everything fine. Brought in truck cause it was shifting erratically and sometimes stuck in 3rd gear. Couldn’t get an appt soon, so while we wait we drain fluid. They tell me I was low so that’s probably the issue. I keep explaining my self and no one listens. I would never recommend this company.

After a week, they diagnose the AC, bad evaporator will cost $1800. No wait, she made an error, the cost is $2200. Oops actually $2300. And the diagnosis, which is normally included is additional $300 or so. My service agent doesn't respond to calls, texts or messages, so there's no way to plan a pickup, nada. So net net, after fees I am guessing about 3 grand to fix the AC. Live and learn, right?
