Not a good day at King Auto. I booked through their online website for an oil change and a problem I’m having with recall work. The service rep told me I cannot book anything other than oil changes and routine service online. I told him it doesn’t say that on their website. He just shrugged and walked away. When they were done, I noticed that my vehicle had not been washed per their complimentary washing service if you bought the vehicle there, which I did. The same rep told me they don’t wash vehicles with roof racks and the protective covers on the crossbars. I told him I have been getting my vehicle serviced there for 7 years, and they always washed it. Again, he shrugged and walked away. One of the young men who wash the cars said he’d take care of it. He profusely apologized for the car not being washed and was kind. The office staff was also pleasant and helpful. The service rep just didn’t seem to give a darn.

As usual we always does Oil change service in King Honda , TAMMY the customer care service department was very helpful and professional.price was 90$ which is less then other workshops and king Honda use always genuine Honda engine oil with accurate viscosity.(0w-20w which other place sometimes uses 5w-20w or 5w-30w)
I highly recommend Honda s genuine service at King auto Lihue .

I recently moved to Kauai for work and had to buy a car before arriving to the island. I was pretty nervous about purchasing a Honda vehicle ahead of time. But the salesperson, Joy, was so kind and helpful. She really took care of me and made the whole process of purchasing a car, simple and efficient. She really cares about her customers and I am really thankful that Joy handled the purchase of the car. In addition, Joy still checks in on me, and is really helpful if I have any new questions about my Honda Civic. I highly recommend Joy and King Auto Center as a whole to anyone on the island.
