It’s really hard finding a good mechanic on the island of Kauai. I went on a limb bringing my Jeep to Kauai auto repair and it was the best choice! They sent me a link of a detailed report of the things I needed fixed in order of immediate attention to not so much. Which is nice because I can always find the report in my records. Customer service is great and the overall communication is what I expect from a professional business. If you need work done on your car this is the place to go. Mahalo Kauai auto repair.

I Love Kaua’i Auto Repair
The place is clean, staff are friendly. The simplicity of making an appointment, having your car dropped off and picked up on time
They also will notify you about any recommendations that needs my attention and if I wanted to do it now since my car is there and how much more it’s gonna cost or on my next visit I may wanna think about having it done

One thing I need for u all to address. Is the time spent waiting for the vehicle to get done. May be you should chane ur policy on appointments n allow the amount of time the car would take. Also u should have a shuttle service for at least the lihue area.

Mr. Angel was amazing as he did our son’s safety check for his Malibu 2007. He was very efficient and checked ✅ everything. I love as he is “old school” and taught my sons about all the things he needs to know about his car… so so good

This shop was the cleanest shop I’ve ever seen. The owners, Angel and Angel, are very friendly and helpful. The office staff knew as much as the mechanics, so it was easy for them to explain everything my truck needed. If I were a mechanic, then I would want to work there. Lucky I’m just a happy customer and don’t need to get greasy anymore.

Did the work I needed quickly and efficiently. Answered all my questions. Were able to combine multiple services into one visit and my truck was done well before the quoted time. Will definitely take my truck there in the future if I need any work done I can't do myself. Mahalo to all the staff that worked on my truck, and especially the young woman in the office for explaining everything for me.

I remain a loyal and happy customer to Kauai Auto Repair. The staff is very friendly and accommodate me best! I called for an alignment appt which was at least two week wait time due to being busy. I got a call back few hours later saying they are able to take me the next day. I was in and out of service within 3hours. Very pleased and happy with the office staff and my perfered mechanic Romel.
