I had the privilege of working with Blaze Zeilman from Island pacific mortgage and I cannot say enough good things about him. As a first time home buyer, the process was very overwhelming. However, Blaze was very patient and kind with me and made this experience the best it could be. He responded to emails, texts, and phone calls quickly and was on top of every detail! I thank Blaze for making my experience a pleasurable one and I HIGHLY recommend him to everyone and anyone!!! Not to mention, he also volunteers in free workshops for local first time home buyers. He’s the best!

If you need a mortgage, I can definitely recommend Blaze Zeilman and his team at Island Pacific Mortgage.He did an outstanding job, helping us navigate all of the requirements and documents that are needed for a mortgage approval. He kept us on track to meet all of the deadlines and ensuring that we were able to meet all of the conditions. During the process, he responded to all of our questions in a timely manner. We were able to close on our property on the original timeline.
