Called and made an appointment with a person. Went to the office and it was closed. Called Lihue and receptionist was super rude. Gave me names of people who don’t even work there. Left me on hold. She needs to be fired. Has no class and customer service skills

Thank You Lori Cardenas! Lori went above and beyond to do everything she could to help me get my taxes in order. I haven't filed since 2021 and Lori carefully explained every step along the way and made me feel at ease. Lori was patient and understanding when i didn’t comprehend or have the information needed to complete certain parts of the process. Lori really took time to make me feel like she wanted to help me.

$500 just for tax preparation is crazy. They claim to have ”upfront transparent pricing” and “no surprise” about the price of tax preps, yet at the end of the appointment they charged $500, which completely surprised me and if we had known that we would have not come here… would not recommend

The employee named Stephanie at this establishment needs to be dealt with immediately. She was consistently rude and dismissive, and condescending throughout the process. They seemed uninterested in addressing my questions and concerns, and their demeanor made me feel extremely unwelcome and undervalued as a customer.The visit was just a big waste of time, thanks Stephanie for nothing.
