We have been going to Howard for many years. My mom's car, my dad's truck l, and now my car. Howard is always there for us. This last time he changed the cabin air filter of my car for no cost. He said just buy him lunch some time. What a wonderful person.

I am sorry to ever have to leave a one star review for any business. I'm not sure if Howard treats all his customers the same as I was treated today but I certainly hope not. Total disregard for kindness or any level of respect. Wouldn't recommend to anyone, not even for a safety check.

I took my Toyota to him, he recommended the fix. He was wrong & the problem continued, I insisted that he change the complete part, low & behold, no more problem. I had to pay for all of this work done, even though his recommendation was wrong. Lots of shops with more integrity than this!

If I could give no stars to exemplify how horrible the owner of this shop is, I would. Downright the rudest person I have ever met. I called in to see if I could set up a safety check. As soon as I mentioned "safety check" his whole attitude changed. He kept mentioning something about "make sure you have all your papers so you don't waste my time. " I tried confirming with him the papers I needed and he kept interrupting me and just telling me not to waste his time. This should've been my motive to not go but I needed the safety check done and my step-dad usually goes to him no problem. So he told me to come in the next day any time after 8:00am, no appointment needed. My boyfriend and I made it down at exactly 11:30, he was helping a customer as we stood by and patiently waited for his attention. When he asked us "what we wanted" I mentioned a safety check and he flat out said "okay, you guys need to leave. I'm busy" in the rudest tone. My boyfriend and I were shocked. I mentioned I talked to him on the phone yesterday about coming any time, he shook me off. I told him I was going somewhere else and he exclaimed how overjoyed he was that we were. The lady he was helping even looked at him with a disgusted face. I don't know how you expect to get business when you're absolutely rude and degrading to your customers. I went to Kevin's Auto Center instead and they are the sweetest most genuine people. Even went back for an oil change!! Go to them!!!
