  Looks like they only have one customer service rep available to assist customers. Been here 1 hour and still waiting. This place blows.

  Waited an hour in line because it took 2 tellers per transaction to do anything. Closed my account.

  Customer service has improved big time. Tellers are available and polite, the wait time is minimal. Great job!
