They're open on regular hours not like ups open just a few hours a day. I've had nothing but good things to say about FedEx. Drivers are friendly and are not afraid to do their job. Please start delivering ? amazon stuff again.I will not deal with ups anymore. (Unstable people's store).

Do NOT waste your time going to this location. They are very rude, racist and stand-offish. I would never waste my time going here again and will advise you to stay away as well. On scale of 1-10, I give them a 2.

Went in thinking ? whatever hope they are competent. Came out very impressed. The women who helped me was knowledgeable and really helpful. Whoever is running the Lihue station is doing a great job.

This is a tiny, hard to find office with very few services, plus a rude and dismissive staff. If you have a choice you are better off going to UPS in Lihue - the FedEx staff would rather you go there too.
