HORRIBLE If I could give 0 stars I would. 2 hours in line and that’s after a long wait for the shuttle. Do not rent here. Tried to precheck in with the link they sent me asking to precheck and it said reservation not found. Only a few people working. Understaffed and not ready for the crowds of summer in any way.

Awful. It took us over two hours to get our rental. There was a huge line and it didn't seem like the employees were doing much to expedite the process. They seemed short on cars so we think there was a backup with outside workers cleaning and washing the cars.The Alamo across the street had no line and we would have paid extra to not deal with the long wait.

I wish I had read the reviews too. Took over 3 hours in line before I got my car. The check in people spent half their time NOT helping anyone.

Check in times are brutal. 2 hours for a pickup, and the line was only 8 people long. Wish i booked elsewhere.

Waited 2 hours in line to pick up the car.When I dropped off the car, a worker checked us out and said we were good. After passing through security I get a call that the keys were missing... we thought this might happen based on the terrible reviews so we took a picture before. I had to go back out of the airport and dispute this claim. She said all was good after a few minutes... I wake up this morning to outrageous prices being posted to my credit card. Terrible place. Avoid.

AMGRY AND UNHELPFUL. The woman at the counter on 6/3/2024 date late afternoon wouldn’t even answer my questions. I had to repeatedly ask her to answer. They don’t seem to realize that without tourists, they have no jobs. Won’t be renting Dollar csrs again, anywhere.

The rental process was ok. Line was a bit slow. Everyone was very friendly. I rented a SUV , it was a Chevy traverse.The car was very underwhelming.

It’s obvious that the staff work hard but corporate does not care. I came here on a one hour plane ride late afternoon and had to wait two hours for my vehicle. Last time I will ever come here and I will tell all my friends and family to never come here as well. Go with the competition!

I certainly don't know what people here are whining about. Had a very positive experience, especially in Kona, but also here. Reasonably fast processing at pickup and super-fast at return. There were folks in a queue at pickup and I had to wait for 15 minutes, so what. Got exactly the car I booked for, was in good shape and clean. Shuttle driver was friendly, even though he was clearly overworked. Value for money is great and they are open until very late, which was also really helpful for us. All in all, great experience. Give the guys a break, you're not paying Avis prices, are you, this is a discount car rental.

Theresa at the front desk was extremely rude to everyone and had an attitude for no reason. Waited an hour for the car at pickup. Jeep was new but super basic inside, you have to manually roll windows up and down and manually lock each and every door. The worst part was they overcharged me by $54. I booked through Expedia and was told the remaining amount to pay at pickup was $100. At pickup were told it would be $100 for taxes and fees and additional $45 for the extra driver. They ended up charging me $54 additional on top of that. Mind you, they also added a gas fee although the Jeep was completely full and we had filled up $80 worth of gas right before dropping it off for return. Reached out to customer service by email and they never respond. Overall horrible service.

Fast shuttle (departure and arrival).No waiting to collect the car (off season, end of March) but a somewhat long procedure (papers, options, payment, license check, etc.).On classification in relation to the requested vehicle.Very fast return procedure.Very attractive price.
