  I had a good experience with Dollar. The shuttle was convenient, the staff was friendly and I didn't have a problem with my reservation or my car. The car had many scratches, so I took pictures with my phone, but they didn't give me any trouble when I returned it. Overall a good experience!

  The driver that picked us up was great and super friendly. Check in was fine, we didn't have a reservation and they accommodated us. However, it was filthy and the convertible top didn't work. Upon return...website states they open at 5am, they showed up at 5:30am. Our flight was at 6am, this made it difficult to catch... read full comment

  Be warned of the rude and snooty hag that works the front counter. She's a real gem. You'll know who I'm talking about the minute she opens her mouth.
