These guys are awesome. This was the second time they have serviced my van. I was having electrical issues, dim headlights, turn signals not working, etc. They removed the front of the van and found the previous owner had ran a lot of shady wiring. They did a complete re wire in one day. I’m back in business with bright lights and working signals. Quick and professional work at a reasonable price. Highly recommended!

What a GREAT place!I'm from the mainland but visit Kauai often as my daughter and her fiancee live in Lihue. In the past 6 months, we've needed a number of automotive fixes and help with a few issues.We're SOOO GLAD to have found Destination Autoworks!Everyone we've encountered there has been friendly, courteous and completely helpful. Their pricing is great and very on the level, (no up selling or other bull)THIS is the place to bring your vehicle for service.

Awful customer service. I have been trying to call them for days and can never get anyone on the phone. Even when they answer I'm put on hold and still no one. The last experience we had with them was with a repair where they seemed incapable of obtaining the parts. We ultimately got the car back from them, and got the car to someone else who quickly repaired it. Let say enough is enough.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Stopped by Destinations after 5 other tire stores turned us away after being too busy or understaffed. We had a screw in our tire, they fixed immediately and were very friendly, fixed it in no time. Would highly recommend! Thank you Destinations - you really saved us ?

I have been taking my old (2003 Hyundai Accent) to Destination Auto for a long time. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about them...from the guy who schedules the appointments to the mechanics who work on the cars. They are competent, caring and I have never been overcharged. You can't go wrong with Destination Auto.

They scammed us so bad on pricing. We supplied oil and filter for oil change and they charged us $160. That means we paid $250 in total for an oil change. A dealership down the road charged a total of $99 for labor and supplies for our other vehicle. I do not recommend Destination Autoworks.

Dishonest never go again ..they didnt fix the problem still broken the coolant spent soo much money back and forth
