Wayne is the bombdiggity!! He is busy but accommodates. I really appreciate them. They helped us out with installing a new washer fluid bottle.for a very fair price.

I drive my boyfriend's truck when I'm in town and right when I was about to go for my morning walk the passenger window would not close. I was thinking sh*t and I have a flight tonight. I called d&w and Wayne answered the phone quickly and listened to me as I explained that I was looking for someone who could help with the window asap because of my flight. He said to come down and he would squeeze me in. When I got there, the shop is huge and so clean and well maintained. He was as nice in person as he is over the phone. Real local friendly service. He looked at the truck, helped me close the window and even ordered the part so he could fix it first thing the next morning. He fixed it so quickly and did such a great job!!! Will definitely recommend Wayne and d&w for Car repair services! Bonus the Mrs is also very friendly and we had a nice conversation as I waited while the truck was being serviced. All around amazing experience. Thank you Wayne and Dawn

My driver window slid slowly down into the depths of my door. Hmmmm just the sound of a slight ping of parts unknown. Didn't hear a shatter thank goodness. Problem? Yes, I had to be at the airport in 3 hours. I couldn't leave it like that while I traveled I decided. Fantastic and amazingly D & W we're on it and open super early. Made my flight! Great job! And btw my initials are DW. LOL.

I was having problems with my starter and was referred to D&W Services from a friend who lives on the island of Kauai. I can't say how happy I was to have them work on my truck. I took in to them the first thing in the morning and had a brand new starter installed by noon. The price was outstanding for the repair and I had a chance to talk to the owner about the work ethics of his shop. Professional, friendly, honest, and want to things the right way. God continue to bless you and your staff and I will definitely recommend you to anyone needing service for their vehicles on Kauai.
