So there is a way you can pay credit cards at Longs. The cost is $3.95. They charged me tax on the payment which is not legal. And they did not fix it.

Long's in Koloa used to be a great store. Well stocked, very friendly customer service. I've been going to their pharmacy for six years. Now, it's awful. The pharmacy no longer answers the phone. I wait on live to pick up prescriptions for around 15 minutes and get treated incredibly rudely. The newer people working in the front are rude too.I transferred to a new pharmacy this week.. I know they have trouble staffing; that's no excuse for hostile employees and I need a pharmacist who will answer the phone. Pay more and you will be staffed up.

Have the items on sale in the ad actually in the store!Shout Out to Marissa who was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable about the products n provided excellent customer service.Kudos to Marissa !It's because of her that I will be shopping more @ Longs in Lihue n encourage my relatives n friends too.

I called to make sure what was on sale came in so I wouldn't waste my time going in. Particularly the rice was available and no limit. The price was $13+. What a great sale price! Thank you Longs ?

I love Longs! I so miss them on the Mainland. CVS is fine as a pharmacy, but does not have near the merchandise that Longs carries. Longs near Poipu had what I needed during my week in town and I ended up stopping in 3 times for Food, cleaning supplies, and souvenirs.

Get there early on Sunday when they open, that's when the new ads start.If you don't popular items will be sold out. Great place for snacks ,and beer if you have the CVS card. Check out their online ads. Sometimes rude service ,but not often. If your in a hurry, don't come to Hawaii!
