Needed to get a prescription in a pinch while visiting the island. We didn’t bring our Costco card with us for obvious reasons. The staff were accommodating and super quick in getting us everything we needed!

They had their typical Costco prices and even had some clothes on sale for $3! My whole family ended up buying stuff there. Their water and some other products are still priced higher due to it being Kauai however. I'd definitely recommend going there at the start of your trip!

Since our Costco on Kauai is frequented by the massive tourism industry, it makes sense that most reviews are generated from them...and for good reason, since it is pricey to buy groceries here. But as a resident, I had to praise the employees of Lihue Costco for their service. We don't ever need assistance (until the other night), but the staff is always friendly and helpful. This week we decided to pick up a new living room set and it required us to get some help. The staff on the floor was amazing in making sense of all the boxes we needed, and when it came to load them into our truck, we were amazed by the help provided by Shawn and Tyden, who also watched after 2 remaining boxes that wouldn't fit on our 1st trip (even though the store had closed before we returned). I tried to find a way to contact Costco directly, but am still looking. GREAT STORE WITH GREAT STAFF!

Absolute must stop after landing...and likely another stop not just for gas on the way back to the airport. Tip: call in your full pizza order so you don't have to wait in the food court line to order, and then wait another 15 min for it to be made. By the time we got to the front, our pizza was ready.

It's a great place, but be careful, check your receipts, I got charged twice for an item, didn't find out until we came back home, off island. It was a significant amount and I tried calling the location but no answer. It was my mistake not to take a second look so just a warming, I usually do, but just didn't this time.

A great place to pick up staples and unique things to try while vacationing! Lots of local choices for snacks, noodles, meats, and breads. Local drinks and coffee round out choices in addition to Island beverages. This store is clean, organized and staffed with qualified staff. Love that they make the carts available right at the door!

Poor customer service. Walked out after buying our things and got something at the food court. Tried to go use the restroom after and husband had the card. He had gone to the car. Was denied entrance to use the restroom because I had no card on me. This would never happen at the Costcos I have used at home. Be warned. Have never had to show my card at any Costco food court on the mainland either.

This is my favorite place to go shopping. The Costco employees are so helpful. Having shopped at Costco for about 20 years I would recommend them to anyone.

Costco never disappoints, wherever in the world it is located. Customer service is top notch and so are the products. I love the wide variety of Asian products in this Costco which is not available in our local Costco. I am buying a bunch of stuff like dried anchovies, furikake and Hawaiian Sea Salt to take home with me. One of our favorite snack in Hawaii is the Ono Giant Shrimp Chips and Costco always has the best value. My family really enjoyed the food court as well.

While standing at a the self checkout with only 3 items, a Costco worker came up to us and told us to get to the back of the other self checkout 20 feet to our right. We left the cart and walked out without paying. Hope she had fun putting the items back.
