My car wouldn't start after I picked up my sister at the airport. Called AAA who said it would be an hour. Tried the car again after about 10 minutes and it started. Was worried about the car not starting again, so I called C&C (after finding it randomly online) and drove over to get the battery checked out. Raoul met us and immediately turned his attention to our situation. He checked the alternator and the battery and told us that both were working fine. He also disconnected the battery and then reconnected it after cleaning off the contact points. Then, he told us that we were good to go. He did not try to sell us anything, could not have been kinder and sent us on our way. What a pleasant surprise and a rare A+ customer service experience these days. Of course, we took care of Raoul before we left, but mostly grateful to him and C&C for being a first class operation. I'll be back! ?

Aloha ! This is truly the best auto shop on island, with the kindest and most helpful mechanics that I have ever come across, their entire staff is so polite whether by phone or in person. The mechanics are so knowledgeable and truly aspire to help you as much as possible- it is so rare to find caring and attentive mechanics on Kauai. Charlie was able to figure out and fix something that no other place could. And Raoul is amazing as well - truly kind-hearted. Every time I take my car here I have an excellent experience and leave happy !!!!! It's a one of a kind . Thank you guys for all of your hard work!

Chuck is the smartest most trustworthy mechanic I’ve had the pleasure of depending on. Both Chuck and Char communicate quickly and clearly there’s no doubt about what something will cost and how quickly they can turn your vehicle around for you. Team is dependable and when you see the same people year after year after year on Staff, you know that the owners/managers are doing something right!

These guys are AMAZING. Pretty much the only shop on Kauai that will work on electrical problems. I had a problem with my car and they fit me in on the SAME DAY!!! Unheard of! I got a call from Raoul letting me know what the issue was, he even printed out the warranty that I still had on the ignition button, told me exactly what I needed to do to get it replaced without charge at Honda, and explained to me how to start my car if it had the same problem, and then stored my car there until I got back from another island that night and was able to pick it up. To say I was happy with this service would be an understatement, Raoul saved me and my family! Honest work and skilled technicians who care about their customers. I don't know how to thank these guys enough. Thank you SO much!!!! If you have car problems guys, call now!!!! 10/10!!

Finally the mini cooper gods took pity on me!I’ve lived in Kaua’i for 4 years and it’s been a nightmare repairing and servicing my car, first time I literally got it fixed properly. Best mechanic shop ever, reminded me of the mini dealership service in LA, and even better. Reliable, knowledgeable, fast, super efficient, super clean, honest and professional, with clean communication and affordable prices. I have had the worst experiences up to now, struggling with always having lights on, something was fixed and something was ruined always, to the point that I was told I need to buy a new car. My mini cooper s 2008 (!) now runs like brand new, and I’m finally relieved that I found exquisite people to work with! Mahalo for everything!!

My 1994 Jeep had a bad habit of the engine dying for no reason and with no warning. Any speed, any time of day. Pull over and it would start again. Very annoying! I put in a new computer, a new Engine Control Monitor, nothing helped. I talked to several mechanics who just scratched their heads and had really no idea.I took it to Hostile Repair and was explaining the problem and what I had done to try to repair it, all with no avail.Raul actually LISTENED to me and noted what I had done! That alone was refreshing!Soon he had a diagnosis. The Crankshaft Position Senser. What the heck is that and who has ever heard of it?I had the brakes redone at the same time. I picked it up and have not had one incident since! Amazing!It is also the cleanest mechanics shop I have ever seen!Chuck and his crew are the best!
