Love going to barre. The teachers are amazing and the environment is very clean, happy and positive. Love that it’s in a convenient location in Lihue so that I can walk to it after work! If you haven’t given it a try you need to :) You’ll be happy you did!!!

Ana is absolutely AMAZING! The studio is beautiful with great airflow to allow working out with masks on to be as pleasant an experience as you could wish for. Go check them out and support Ana!

Not only will you love this location with ample parking, you will love the owner Anna and the instructors even more! They're all extremely motivating, supportive and knowledgeable. No matter what day you go you're in for an exceptional workout unlike anything you've ever experienced, every single time!

All our welcome: Workshops, classes, events, meetings. You have the idea, we have the space. There are also options for set-ups for banquets/ dinners/ parties & events for you. ??
