That Filipino middle age lady has got to go . First I couldn’t understand what she was saying she has to speak better English and she has the nerve to raise her voice at me because I was speaking silently what am I supposed to do yell so everyone going to hear me. She has terrible customer service and wouldn’t hurt to crack a smile even if your faking it

The handicap is TERRIBLE and should not even be called that. It is in a terrible location and there is no place to just pull in for someone who has difficulty walking. There used to be space on the side of the bank across from the postoffice but it's blocked off. I had to block traffic in order to accommodate my dad.

Worst customer service out of all the banks in Hawaii downtown Lihue They don’t even count your money back to you when they give it to you. I changed banks because the customer service is horrible, even the lady that signed me up was indifferent I should have just walked out. Anyways never again !!!!

The security guard (who just recently shaved his head) is an amazing welcoming committee. He says good morning to everyone who walks in the door as well as makes sure that everyone knows where to go. If someone is waiting for a long time, he checks in with them. Makes sure that everyone is well and being taken care of. This really changes the bank experience. Seriously amazing.

Been trying to get my account number for days now. When you call you go on hol . You get asked if you want a call back. Dont hold your breath or you will die waiting. What a horrible way to conduct busines . The only game in town so they dont have to care. Bad business bad bank.

Very convenient location with access to 24-Hour ATM's Cruising around town it's not far from Rob's Good Times Grill and Kauai Brewing Co. Grabbing some cash and making the dash!

I have worked in banking for over a decade and the folks here are definitely all stars! Lacey opened a new account for me in minutes, and Sonia manages her staff like family. Stop on by the Rice Street branch of Bank of Hawaii, you will leave feeling like true Ohana.

Had an account here a few years back. I received excellent service from the tellers and management and enjoyed our interaction very much. I recently had an account in Lahaina, Maui as well. Great service there as well. Will continue to bank with BOH.

Though I now live on the mainland, I still do business with Bank of Hawaii, Lihue, Kaua'i branch. The consumer banking representatives are wonderful and I appreciate their friendly and professional attitude.
