“Toolmaster was great with staff being receptive and courteous. We rented a ramp to use to pack a shipping container to move off-island to the mainland. All in all it was a good experience. They had the ramp we needed, we were able to reserve it and they delivered it and picked it up when we were finished using it the same day. The cost of the ramp rental was great. The only thing that was unfortunate was that they discussed whether or not they would charge a delivery and pick-up fee as it was literally 5 mins away from their shop and they ultimately decided to do so as a full price which was steep. $100. More than the ramp rental of $75. We felt that was ridiculous and no appropriate but we needed the ramp and appreciate that they were able to help us out.”
“If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would. The staff was extremely nice to work with, the location was easy to find and the car was in great shape. Overall, possibly the best experience I have ever had renting a car anywhere. Definitely renting again when we return!”
