You can get Dole Whip here and the staff are so nice and serve you with a smile. It’s right next to the parking lot and restroom which is very convenient. They’ve got an amazing variety of treats here; I just wish I could have tried more of them.

Very helpful and friendly staff, I just wish they knew what exactly was in each of the varieties of fudge. I wouldn't have bought the caramel Delight if I had known it was going to contain macadamia nuts. My husband very much enjoyed his truffle. Very neat shop, I recommend having the ingredients listed for each variety of fudge.

Came in for the dole whip. Had a modest sized cone and it was about $7. On par for Hawaii, but still hurts. Flavor was great. Texture was grainy. Grainy! The Dole whip at the Dole Plantation was much better, so if you're only treating yourself once on the island, this is not the place. Service was serviceable. Location inside a big LDS-run Polynesian cultural center.

People are so nice here but we literally spat out the mochi ice cream we bought. I checked twice and it’s not expired.
I feel so wasteful but the macarons also tasted terrible. They’re pretty but we chucked the 9 we bought. Whatever it is, it’s not macarons!!
The dole whip is good though.

Got three macarons and 3 chocolates. The macarons were stale, the chocolate was either rubbery or brittle, and the caramel on top was hard. Wouldn't recommend this place

The taste of the ice cream was similar to Dole Plantation's pineapple ice cream.

I hate that their dole whips are hollow inside. It melts so, so much faster because it doesn't have the solid center. They said it was supposed to be that way, but I'd rather have half the ice cream but have it solid so that it lasts. I was drinking pineapple syrup with soggy chocolate cookie bits by the end. I wish I had shared with my husband instead of getting my own so that we could have had it when it was ice cream. It's not even that hot out today. Both my kids, ages 2 and 6 ended up needing immense help to even keep their ice cream on their cones. Both cried at some point, one because hers slipped off the top and onto the table, the other because she was panicking from it melting down the cone on all sides, covering her in stickiness. Just, way too melty in every way. It's not even about the high price for less, though the deliberate deception annoys me too. You really don't want that much dole whip. No, it's that it caused so many problems. I definitely wouldn't do it again. Not worth it.

I got some chocolates and it wasn't good. They weren't sweet. I would have gotten macaroons but there were ants crawling in the container. I got a white chocolate pretzel which also had an ant on it. I notified staff and they gave me another one. Staff seemed a bit careless about ants being in their food and didn't even offer a discount, refund or compensate me for the inconvenience. Disappointed.

It was a very cute sweet shop with fantastic treats. The service was friendly and fast. The blue vanilla macaroon I had was one of the best desserts I had ever tasted. Highly recommend.

Got the dole whip from this place and great heavens it was delicious. The fudge also looked delicious, like, really good, but I didn't get any. If the fudge is anything like the dole whip, I might need to go and get some fudge from them. Staff was also quite kind. Very nice store with good sweets.

It is inside the Hukilau Marketplace which is adjacent to the Polynesian Cultural Center on the northeast side of the island of Oahu. Friendly staff and fast service. Great place to take the kids or anybody with a sweet tooth. Sample/buy some delicious fudge and also a great selection of custom chocolate and sweets. Some souvenir items are also available. They have an awesome Dole Whip and you have options to add toppings. It’s was our first time trying a Dole Whip and it was so smooth and jut the perfect sweetness. Had to go back again…
