We went in to browse and replace some black pearls that I lost one of. So the saleswomen was just that. She had a great personality. Wanted me to try everything. She tuned in to everything I said and at the end of the day and $1600 later out we went. If you spend X dollars you get to pick a harvested pearl. This is where her salesmanship shows up. You now have to place that pretty pearl into some type of setting. If you choose a pendent then you need a necklace; so free pearl after $400, a beautiful pendant $400 and now the necklace to hang said pendent on $400 plus the other monies spent to get to the free pearl that lead to the additions. All in all I never purchase what I don't want. Our motto is YOLO. Great job! The receipt says Len Ramos if that's her she's really good so be prepared to purchase some nice pieces and open your wallet.

If you don't spend $500 you'll be treated like trash. They couldn't even be bothered to say thanks for spending money on pearls.

My daughter has never opened an oyster for a pearl and I wanted her to try. She picked the oyster, they opened it, and low and behold there was a small pinky pearl. After they cleaned it, the man went into sales mode and said pick a setting for the pearl. I asked how much were and he said just pick one to check the price. I said my daughter will probably lose it and we don't need an expensive setting. I asked again how much and he said most are about $100... I said no thanks. Then he said there are others that are less about $35, and I still said no thanks. In the end, my daughter was excited to have a pearl and had fun picking the oyster, but I would not go back because of their sales tactics.

Shaina was the best! I haven’t bought my wife jewelry since we got married (over 10 years) and Shaina made it happen. Her charisma, personal touch and knowledge made the whole experience come to life. My wife is so excited for her ring and my daughter can’t stop talking about her necklace. Thanks Shaina and the team!

Do not stop by or be fooled by the "nice" first impression. Absolute scam. My teenage daughter went in seeing the $15 fresh pearl sign. After she got the pearl, the male store personnel pretty much forced her in to buying a necklace setting she couldn't afford knowing she was a young teenager. She ended up with a necklace head she could pay for with money she had and no chain. Absolutely horrible. My daughter was in tears after leaving the store.

The two girls at the stall were super friendly and helpful. I bought two flower stud jackets and a set of blue pearl stud earrings. They're so beautiful. My haul was done in two trips to the stall and the staff was delightful when I came back for more. I cannot stress how pretty the selection was or how wonderful the girls were. If you are looking for something special then totally shop here.

Scam! This was a terrible experience and a total rip off. She kept changing the price and pushing me into buying the more expensive settings. It was not a pleasure experience. Do not fall into this trap please. Save your money.

So disappointed! Friend and I came in all excited never done the experience we picked a pearl and I felt like they were very pushy on what items to get. We picked up something we liked and then realized it was just way over priced then when we found a ring and necklace for the pearls it was 500 almost a piece a walking out of there everything looked beautiful the first day we had them there all scratched up at the bottom. Didn't do much other then be in sand and pick up a few shells and rocks quality seams cheep and very disappointed:(

We were there today and were there a few days ago. The first time we were there, there was a nice girl who was very sweet and helped us find exactly what we wanted. When we went there today, we had a very different experience. We walked in with the intention of getting a few pearls with a couple of settings. We were greeted by a gentleman who first was very excited but then once realized we didn't want as expensive items, treated us completely different. I was with my family and after one of our family members had already spent over $500 on items, the rest of us wanted some items that were less expensive. My sister found this necklace that she really liked that was marked at $129 and decided she wanted it. When she went to go purchase it, the gentleman who is treating us with distain said that the price was just recently changed and it was now $199. We thought that the sudden up charge was very dishonest and that we should have been told what the actual price was initially. We were not told what the actual price was until after my sister was in the process of buying it. There was even a tag on the necklace that said $129, which is why we thought it was that price. The people here definitely like to upsell their items which I can understand given that it is a pricey business, but I did not appreciate the dishonesty and lack of integrity today that we saw. The other gentleman who was there (I guess he was newer) who was actually much kinder called their boss and the boss agreed to discount the price back to $129, but the man who is making such a stink kept blaming the price issue on the fact that the other employee was new. They should have been frank with their pricing and not up charge at the last second. We were very close to just leaving everything and walk.

Read the reviews first! My boyfriend and I did the $15 oyster cracking and the man was super pushy, you can read the other reviews for more details... but same. When i did NOT get anything the mans tone completely changed & it was just an overall bad experience. Don't come here for anything, not worth it. Can't even tell if anything he said was true

The sales lady was super annoying. She poke a whole on my pearl and try to sell me plus $200 accessories. Felt very disappointed.

We thoroughly enjoyed discovering what our pearl looked like!! My sister, mother, and I loved seeing each other's faces light up as we unveiled what our pearl meant! We adored the "aloha!!" ceremony. My only complaint is the prices!! Man!! The pearl is only 15, but the pendant, the chain, and the setting is crazy over priced!!! 4/10
