"This morning, I visited the Cricket office located at 55-510 Kamehameha Hwy 14 to purchase and activate a chip with a phone line. The initial transaction was smooth, but I soon discovered that my phone was locked by another carrier, rendering the newly acquired line unusable.
I requested a refund, which was denied in a rude and dismissive manner. The staff offered to sell me a new phone to use with the line, but this did not address my issue.
When I attempted to assert my consumer rights, the employee asked me to leave the premises. While I understand that employees must follow company policies, I believe that customers deserve respectful and courteous treatment.
I am disappointed in the poor customer service I experienced at this Cricket location."

Got me a new iPhone 11 from this place and let me just say I had the best experience! 10 out of 5 stars for sure, Desha was the best! patient and helpful. Thank you so much cricket Laie !

Fantastic customer experience. 10 out of 5 stars. I knew I had a curveball situation with my device no longer registering the network. I expected assistance from some kid that would panic and say there was nothing they could do to help. Instead, I got Kanani the professional who remained calm and collected and expertly maneuvered through multiple ways to restore service. We eventually found a solution in a replacement sim card. Who doesn’t refund unused items purchased a few days ago? These guys. I bought some accessories for my new phone because I didn’t want to drive to town-well, lesson learned. I bought 3 things but wanted to return 2 of them. They were helpful to purchase stuff(hence the 1 star) but completely different attitude if you want to return something-and they never explained that you can’t return the items upon purchase.

Great customer service at the La'ie location! We were nervous to switch from Verizon but decided to give it a try to save $200 per month on phone service for the family. I have been completely impressed with how well the service is on the island! Anytime I have had questions, the La'ie store employees go above and beyond to help us! I wish we would have made the switch years ago!

Great costumer service they are always helpful and i am always greeted evrytime i walk into the store.i love that they are in the place they are and i love the hours..like i said no complaints so far so good.

I never liked the way they treated me. Asked them a couple of questions never really gave me an answer i was looking for. Came back a couple of times and kept on giving me new payments that needs to be paid before for the 4 lines. Asking for a refund because they gave a false advertisement but said they would not do it. Will be wasting a lot of money if we back out now so we still took the 4 lines. Really bad experience. Better go to TMobile or TNT if you guys are planning to get a plan.
