Took my car in for repair. They left the car on the street. The car was rifled through all the documents taken. Can't believe they left my car unlocked and uncared-for. Don't trust them. Use 808 car service across from the Honua Kai.Service: Auto A/C replacement

I needed oil change for my Car ASAP, I just bought my car there, they did for me without appointment. Also in last year my BMW needed to fix engine cover gasket, they checked and cleaned inside of cover as an emergency procedure till my appointment and quickly handling the matter promptly. Fixed with reasonable value. Thank you for everything.

I decided to save some money and do my own break job. I had a clicking sound after doing the break Job on the passenger side. I spent two days as a novice trying to get it right.Frustrated I called Westside and tried to book an Appointment. But they were booked out for a whole month. I explained my problem and they said do a drive by, and they had one of there techs take a quick look at it. They quickly diagnosed it, and said my break line was rubbing on the rim and gave me instructions on how to fix it. All in under 2 mins.All free of charge, I even tried to give the tech (I Apologize I did not get your name) Cash and he refused.Pay attention Auto Care of Maui!!! this is how you do customer service and business. You have a loyal customer for life and will only recommend Westside foreign auto to all my friends and family.Take Care and God Bless, Westside foreign Auto!! Long story short...I was taking my ride to a DEALERSHIP that was giving me the runaround for years. I was literally in tears to a coworker of mine about this and she recommended I take my ride to Randy. Darlene, literally called them and notified them of my situation and had me come in right away. I showed up a literal mess not knowing what to expect, but low and behold Randy and Michelle treated me like fam and I was so very blessed and so happy that FINALLY someone was being HONEST about my repairs.
