Pharmacy- If I could give zero stars I would. they refused to give me my medication- that by the way- KEEPS ME ALIVE. I have my insurance. I'm here for a short while and I asked them if they could reprocess my medication under my insurance so I can keep taking it. F****** BIG F****** PHARMA!!!! FUCK YOU. FUCK THE WOMAN WHO WOULDNT GUVE ME MY F****** MEDICATION I know she's just doing her job and doing what she's supposed to but F*** DO NOT F****** GO HERE THIS ESTABLISHMENT IS HORRENDOUS. THIS LOCATION IS F***ED THERE IS A WAY TO PROCESS MY MEDICATION UNDER MY INSURANCE. just don't go here if you can avoid it. it'll bring you nothing but frustration and anger. it's a f****** joke. I hope the woman who refused to give me my medication has the day she deserves.

The pharmacist humiliated me and made me feel worse than ever. Who is she. To question my doctor , dismiss my pain. Made me park to the side, served everyone behind me, then closed the drive thru and I had to knock on the window. She was SO RUDE. Horrible. Avoid this pharmacy. The pharmacist at Long's doesn't judge me or make defend myself, then beg for understanding. I'll never go there again. Zero stars.

I wanted to thank the wonderful pharmacist who helped me on January 22. I went in having issues with a prescription that was refilled by my local Walgreens in Texas. My pharmacy switched the manufacturer of my medication before I left on my trip and I was having terrible reactions. The female pharmacist working that day was so nice and helpful in helping me change my medication. The rest of my trip was without discomfort and pain thanks to her. Thank you!

The Fedex drop off pick up location in the store lacking customer service. I stood there for over 20 minutes while the 2 ladies there ignored me( I was next in line) and continued doing their chores. I asked if they wanted me to come back tomorrow and still the silent-treatment. Wow! What planet are they on. Come on Walgreens! A bit more oversight of your employees and training in basic customer service. Please....
