THE BEST LUAU!Incredibly helpful & friendly waitstaff. Performers in beautiful traditional clothes & fire dance at the end. The band played live music all night and even sang happy birthday in Hawaiian. The food was so good even down to the buns & butter. Everything was seasoned to perfection and the complimentary drinks all evening were a plus. We would definitely go again! My aunt & uncle went to this luau a week before us. She said the performers and the costumes were all different! So she enjoyed going twice and seeing different things each time The sunset in the backdrop was such a bonus too! ?

The performance, greeting and service was good. Very limited options for vegetarians yet loved the mango butter. Dinner could be a little more longer. Felt a bit rushed.

We loved the luau! It was a great show, fantastic buffet, and beautiful ambiance at the resort! Will be attending another when we are back. :)

We had a great time at the luau! Service was great from the start - greeted with a lei and a drink. Shown to our table right away and greeted by a great server. The service was wonderful all night, super friendly and helpful. The food was good. Something’s better than others but overall great and lots of options. Bar staff was great and willing to make anything requested. The show was amazing. We loved the dancers and learning about the island culture. We especially loved the fire show!

The show part is great, but the ‘feast’ part of it lasts for about 3.5 minutes. I made a plate and decided to go back up to get another scoop of something and it was all taken away. Mixed drinks barely have alcohol, and the majority of the food was bland. If you’re going to charge that much for a luau, make the food, and drinks as good as the show.

Not impressed. I realize things on the island cost more and it was Christmas Day so we were willing to spurge on what felt like overpriced holiday tickets. When taken to our seats they had incorrectly sat another group at our table. Stood there for 10 mins while our seater ran around trying to figure out the mistake. Once she did, she moved the other people and told us what had happened and walked off. Didn’t communicate that we should sit or that she would be back. The previous group left their drinks and mess on the table. Had to go track down the lady who looked like she was in charge (later found out she was the director). We finally just sat down at the dirty table and asked our server (who was great) to clear the dirty stuff and get us new silverware and cups.No acknowledgment or apology from the manager. Kind of a crummy way to start an evening. The food was mediocre and not worth the price.Being our first luau experience we didn’t fully know what to expect but even without a benchmark to judge from it felt lacking. Same dance moves just different costumes and most of it felt sleepy. The fire dance at the end was the highlight but still didn’t “wow”. Even with no other luau to compare it to it felt like a solid “C-“. The performers seemed to be giving their all but the evening just felt clunky. Will do a lot more research before booking another experience like this. The kids loved it so that’s not nothing.

It was so disappointing dinner and was highly overpriced. Specifically, the following aspects made us not pleasant.- Eating in the rain. I agree Hawaii has a clean environment, eating in the heavy rain was not a nice experience. I don't understand why the tables were set up outside, while there were plenty of spaces under the roof.- Food quality. Nothing was better than a chicken teriyaki I ate from Zippy's. Poke and Mai Tai were good, though.- Schedule. We could enter the place at 5 pm, but food serving and the show begun at 6:30 pm. During the 1 and half hours, the only thing we could do was drinking a cocktail and look at the see or sky. It was boring.- Quality of the show. Most of the time, only one person was on the stage. The finale, fire dance, was performed by one or two dancers. It last about 5 mins.Overall, considering the price, I don't think this is worth experiencing. The only reason for giving 2 stars is that dancers did a great job even in heavy rain. Otherwise, one star is too much.

It was fun but not as good as others we have been to. Food was good not great. Service was ok. Everything was serve yourself so there wasn’t a ton of service but everyone was really nice. The show was really good.

The Luau was lovely, but I so wished that more of the history and culture of the dances and Hawaii itself had been verbally explained throughout the evening. Without more of an explanation, I felt the experience overall was far less than I was hoping for.Vegetarian options: I am a vegetarian, and I felt there were plenty of available food choices for me

This was such an amazing experience. The care they took to meet with my mom, and make it special to her, shows the lengths they will go for their clients. You all were outstanding!!

Honestly, I have no idea why this luau isn’t rated higher. We've been to so many over the years, and this is one of the best luaus I have ever been to. We were welcomed with a drink and lei, then taken to our tables before being escorted to take family pictures. There was also an arts fair in the beginning, which was nice to buy souvenirs from. The one thing that set this luau apart from all the others is how kid-friendly this was and how accommodating they were for our 1.5 year old and 4 year old. They had high chairs set-up and an entire keiki buffet that had kids trays and kids utensils and food set-up at their level. Everything was set-up for them to be able to serve themselves which they loved!! They even had kids desserts and cups. The bar served kid cocktails, one of which was the gecko cooler that my son loved. This luau was also one of the more reasonably priced ones on the island. The food was really good and the dances were amazing. I also really loved the extended fire show, complete with a fire rim around the stage. My kids had a blast and we will definitely be back!
