Wonderful, friendly, and helpful staff. Clean, beautiful rooms. Amazing location with so many options for restaurants, shopping, activities and relaxing by the many pools and hot tubs.

The best resort in Maui. The rooms were the perfect size and the beds were the most comfortable I have ever slept in. The staff was nice and helpful. The resort is very well kept. The services provided on the resort were perfect. The resort is within walking distance of activities, restuarants and shopping. The resort also offers spa services that I highly recommend and a luau. The most relaxed place I have ever stayed.
Rooms: Rooms were very comfortable in every way.
Nearby activities: There are quite a few activities to do and the concierge was helpful in providing information for nearby activities. Teralani provided us with a sunset dinner that I highly recommend, the Heavenly Spa provided the best massage ever and the luau by the resort brought cultural awareness of the island.
Food & drinks: Great restaurants on the resort and within walking distance.

Great place to stay with friendly staff and plenty to do on site and next door at Whalers Village. Parking was pretty slim, however, even though you pay for it daily. Overall, would recommend.

Always amazing.. exceeding expectations every day.. plus FLAMINGOS !!! I tell you what.. find me another hotel on Maui with flamingos, and I'll show you how to barbecue a long stem chicken.. highlyrecommend

The Westin Maui Resort in beautiful Kaanipali was amazing. I stayed in the Hokupaa Towers, which gives you access to their club service called the Lanai.My room was located on the 8th floor, and pictures shown are from my balcony room. In Lanai, you can eat breakfast and enjoy happy hour pupus (appetizers )
It's definitely worth the cost. This beachfront property is located steps away from Whalers Village shopping mall.
I highly recommend this resort that has something for everyone. I can't wait to return. The service was exceptional. Many restaurants just steps away from the resort.

Had a wonderful time on the 10th floor with access to the lanai (highly recommended for great breakfast and heavy apps or dinner). Beautiful location to spend time at the beach or pool. Make sure you try the sand-bottom adult only pool and the holoholo poolside drink!

We got upgraded to an Ocean View and had the best time ever. The resort was amazing with the pools and easy access to the beach. Vegetarian options are limited in the restaurants but there’s a Starbucks onsite

This hotel is perfect ! Our room had the most amazing view. There's so much to do right here at the hotel, you'll never get bored! The grounds are beautiful, with waterfalls all.around the pool areas. Fresh Pineapple for guests every morning. I will definitely return here!

Rooms were very pretty, though the pull out sofa was not amazing. Very squeaky and not the most comfortable.
Service was great except for when my friend required stitches late at night and the front desk staff was not very helpful in providing any info other than going to the hospital for stitches... There was an urgent care down the street that was 24/7 we later discovered and the hotel is suppose to provide transportation as well apparently. My friends injury ended up getting infected from not being able to have quick care.
Other than that it's a decent hotel. I wish there was more access to beach chairs or someone willing to put chairs out for guests. We felt a little isolated to the pools because of this.
Nearby activities: Black rock is nearby for snorkeling. Please make sure your sunscreen says MINERAL OIL. The reef is getting ruined due to tourists not wearing proper sunscreen. Also don't touch the turtles... Tell your kids. Great experience though if you're able to follow the rules.
Food & drinks: All the bar staff was awesome. They made you feel welcome and would remember your name and chat with you. Great people. One guy who works the evening at the restaurant bar, who's house burnt down from the fire was especially awesome. I always enjoyed chatting with him!
