Didn't want to travel with my fins and saw bobs nonstop on the island. Decided to give it a try and was so glad I did. Took minutes to rent (I actually rented while waiting for food from the place next door and got back before my food came) and can return to any location, staff were really friendly. No complaints. Return took less than a minute. Made the trip soo much better with fins. Should have made this my first stop off the airplane.

I stopped in at Snorkel Bob's to ask a couple of questions about some snorkel equipment I brought with me. The cashier was incredibly helpful & aided me with replacing a mouthpiece for my snorkel. She also gave me a really great tip on how to get my fins on more easily. Keep up the great work!

I visited the store on a rainy day, the lady at the store gave me an honest advice that for a few days it will not be worth doing this since the water is not clear enough to see though, instead of just make money for their business. which totally make sense and show they care about customer not just to rip them off.

Snorkel Bobs hours are on their website. To confirm though, I called and they guy said 8 to 5 and he was short. Ok, great I thought. We showed up at 12:47pm, and there is a note on the door out to lunch for an hour till 1:45! What a huge disappointment and possible inconvenience as we were on a timetable. Luckily, we searched the next closest snorkeling place and it is Boss Frogs, Napili. Wes, the friendly associate, laughed when I asked if they close for lunch. And their prices are almost half price of Bob's. Competition is a good thing and we know where to go next time!

A bit pricey but the guy working on March 18th ish was awesome! He fitted myself and five friends for simple snorkel gear- mask, snorkel, fins. gave us basic info of when to have the gear back and so on. It worked appropriately while in the water without a lot of fogging and water for into the masks while swimming. The fins fit perfectly and weren’t too big once I got into the water. Def get defog solution. The snorkel and mask both were very clean which is the first thing I looked for.

Surly staff. Bad products (2 “fancy” snorkels failed). Time to search for alternative for our next trip. No longer our “default”!

I want to share my awful rental experience at this store. It made my vacation into a horrible nightmare!We rent snorkels for our family at Napili Snokel Bob's. Both my and my husband's snorkels have leaking problems. Especially the one I was using, it almost killed me when I was snokeling!!!The tricky thing is it seemed has good seal at the beginning, but it started to leak water little by little through the lower valve after about 5 minutes! At that time I was far from the beach and didn't have enough time to swim back. I just felt the salty water quickly filled up the blowing tube until I got no more air! I choked a lot of water and thought I was dying, until someone saved me from drowning.....What made me more mad is their attitude! I told the staff about the accident, but he did care what happened to me at all! It seemed the leaking problem is very normal for him. I really doubt if they check their rental snokles. I really hope what happened to me will never happen to other people.Finally I want to say: snokeling is fun, but safty is always first. Please find other reliable stores for rental or buy your own snokles. Stay away from this Snokle Bob's, as they don't care about your life!

We rented gear from Snorkel Bob’s Napili. Friendly staff and we’re happy to swap out any gear that we needed to during the week. Save the hassle traveling with it and just rent it here.

Easy and efficient chair rentals! Grabbed a couple of chairs for a day at a local beach and it only cost $7/day. There's also an after hours return process available, if needed.
