I have had a bad experience with the product Elevare Red facial products. I purchased an annual delivery of a facial cream for which I am allergic and experiencing severe dryness and flaking. I have a continuing post-sunburn that flakes into my hair, so I also appear to have dandruff. I've tried using less of the product and diluting the product to no avail. Nonetheless, the company does not support the product, and I am to pay a ridiculous amount due to heavy-handed sales techniques to continue receiving two more years of products without any portion of a refund. I am not impressed with the service, which I was told was fabulous, nor am I impressed with a product I'm allergic to. I would not order from this company again.

SCAM!! Me and my mom were scammed out of $400 here. They promised products and services and then didn't give them to us and refused to give a refund! Avoid at all cost

If you're walking on this street...walk on the other side. They are not only rude but they coerce you into going into the store and they start putting stuff on your face. As soon as you want to leave the store they basically restrain you from leaving. Overall they were super rude and my face feels awful from their products. If I could I would give it a 0/5.

My family and I are appalled by our recent experience at Skinnovate. We were victims of high-handed sales tactics, disrespect, and outright rudeness from a specific employee - the man with a beard and glasses. This individual completely exploited the good nature of my girlfriend's dad, who was coerced into entering the store. When we realized the situation and attempted to politely leave with her dad, we were met with disrespect to many members of our family. Instead of handling the situation with tact and grace, this employee resorted to insulting and belittling our family members simply because we didn't want to buy any products. This experience leaves me questioning the ethics and values of Skinnovate as a whole. Is this the kind of staff they choose to represent their brand? I strongly suggest management look into this matter. That gentleman should be trained properly on how to handle customers or better yet, let go for the sake of preserving Skinnovate's reputation. I hope no other family or individual has to experience such an outrageous lack of decency at a supposed place of business. This incident has left a deep, sour imprint and Skinnovate should be avoided at all cost.

No stars, if I could give 10 negative stars I would.Stop and run away. You will be taken for thousands of dollars with no refunds. I was not told I could not use the products if I had psoriasis which I do. All they could say is talk to your doctor and no refunds. SHAME SHAME on this company. They only want to take your money. Don't even bother trying to get your money back. I am a fool for being taken advantage of. Don't be a fool.

Any business who has their employees stand outside to lure customers into the store has me as an automatic skeptic. I felt highly uncomfortable showing my drivers license to purchase one product. Since when do you show a drivers license to make a purchase? The whole experience was odd and unsettling from a consumer standpoint.

Horrible scammers. Keep changing the prices on their product. No one pays the same thing. Used multiple credit cards of my mothers and faked her signature. They should be arrested.

Should be "0"! I gave review in November, 2022 after being scammed by this horrible company. I attempted to file a credit card claim, but was denied because of this company's no refund policy, which they are very skillful at hiding from you or distracting you so you don't realize it.Since the claim was denied I have been attempting to get a refund or to receive the products I paid for. Their customer service is a joke. Finally 5 months later, I received a shipment that was not the product we paid for and not on our receipt.I imagine it is another ploy they use to scam people. I have requested the purchased product be shipped, but do not hold out hope that it will be. Horrible experience.

The hard sale turned me off and the product I did buy gave me an allergic reaction. Also I was told that if I bought their eye treatment that I would get a complimentary IPL facial and that they could have the "doctor" come right over. This was NOT an IPL facial and was not done by any sort of medical professional. Instead it was a hand held led light wand that the sales person tried to hard sell to me for $16.000.00. Very deceptive sales practices. Too bad people can't be warned about these people.

I have since received an offer of 15% discount and replied requesting 20% as salesperson had offered me, just to put an end to this sorry saga.Still no reply. Very suspicious activity. Please read letter of complaint sent to Customer Services Manager- Jessica Walters.Hi JessicaThank you for your email. This has been a truly frustrating situation. Please note the following:I received an email from Fast field with a copy of my order on Monday 20 June at 12.51pm, advising that it was a shipping form ONLY and once processed, I would be sent a confirmation email and tracking number once the goods had been shipped. I immediately sent 3 THREE emails to put the order on hold until some issues were resolved. These were sent at 1.22pm,1.36 pm & 5.11pm same day. I have not been received a confirmation email or tracking number. Interesting that this order confirmation NOT shipping confirmation, was sent 50 minutes prior to my scheduled call to Benjamin about my cancellation of the order the night before? To add to this please note the following to outline why I requested a full refund from Benjamin the day of the sale Sunday 19 June at 11.52pm. He assured me in more than one text he would help. - I have all of these of texts, which amounted to many - 21!!!! messages and offers to sort it out, from him.Reasons for Cancellation and request for refund. This is very straightforward:When we returned to our hotel we reflected on the process.(1)Firstly, we purchased an eye cream from another store and the lady there gave us a voucher for a 30 minute facial, valued at $299. We thought this would be great, so she escorted us to another store where we met Benjamin.(2)Benjamin proceeded to give us his lengthy sales pitch on the product he was selling.(3)We NEVER received the complimentary facial -( I've owned a spa and I know what a mini facial is) In fact, apart from the product being put on the lower side of our faces nothing else was done. The product was removed with numerous dry pads and we left with most of it still on our faces and my clothing covered in product.(4) - We NEVER saw a No Refund sign and we NEVER saw it on the receipt. As I signed it as Benjamin's hand was on it and then he very promptly put the receipt in an envelope, again with me not viewing the "No refund" policy. I can assure you, we would not have paid had there been a "No refund" policy and I can assure you none of your sales people told us this either.(5)As we were getting no where with texts from Benjamin, we dropped off the unopened products he gave us and said again to all of the staff that we were returning it and seeking a refund. So, we are still seeking a full refund. If this does not happen, we will be going to the Maui Police to lay a complaint and the Better Business Bureau. We are still in Hawaii and do not plan on giving up as you have treated us in a very suspicious manner, both during the process and subsequently within a few hours of requesting assistance. It is some of the worst customer service I have ever received. We have contacted our credit card qgency and put in a formal Fraud/Scam complaint should you not refund our money, this will go into full investigation mode. Please note, the card you took the payment from has now been cancelled by our bank, so a refund will have to go on my other credit card. Please do the right thing - you are in breach of a number of things and we just want our money back.Failure to refund, will also result in this letter being placed on all of your review pages. This may all sound harsh, but we are utterly fed up with being polite and nice, while you string us along.Yours faithfullyAmanda Crozier0064 272431848Please do not shipAmanda (Mandy) crozierSent from my iPhone

I was just on vacation with my family and someone pulled me aside, removed make up from one eye then proceeded to pressure me into buying a $500 eye cream I never wanted or was interested in. The sales guy was way too pushy and uninterested in what I actually wanted (which was to LEAVE). Basically a trained bully. Name on the card he gave me is scribbled but maybe Santiago? When I made it clear I was never going to buy anything he was visibly angry. These people need to be removed from Front street. If the product was that good they wouldn’t need to bully people into buying it. I left with some weird stuff on one side of my face I had to use a wet one to remove. I never consented to having my face touched, my makeup removed or entering the store. Coercion is not consent. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB when I get back from vacation.

I am very disappointed with the product they sold me. It was extremely overpriced and has not delivered the promised results. They also said their products were sold at Macy's and yet they are nowhere to be found at Macy's. I believe that this company is fraudulent.

This is an expensive scam. I went as far as buying the eye cream which appeared to work when I was there but has not had any results since I’ve been home. We did the demonstration with the red light and they tried to scam us for an outrageous price to buy it, we were told initially that we would have results with one treatment. We did not, of course we didn’t buy the light but they started at 8000 and then got the price down to 2500 to try to get us to purchase. Do your homework you can get for cheaper units if you think it helps but don’t buy it here!
