Employees locked the one of the sets of doors 10 minutes before closing and then were extremely rude to me when I walked in the store letting me know that they closed soon and acting VERY annoyed. Then as I was checking out they were rushing me out of the store and making it apparent they wanted me to leave. Please train employees to treat customers with respect

The store was still closed at 10:05 with a line of 8 people waiting for the store to open. And the staff was chatting in the store looking at people and not opening the doors.

Three stars for the products they carry, but customer service is unfriendly and unhelpful. I love Sephora and always visit when I'm in CA, get some samples, update my makeup, try out a new scent, just overhaul the image and feel good about myself. I went into Whalers Sephora this morning and wasn't greeted so asked for help and the gal went to the nearest stand picked up a product and gave it to me without a smile. I was shocked, Sephora stores are always happy places! I looked around on my own to find what I was looking for and was constantly asked what I was looking for by surly staff. One even insisted I take a basket when I didn't want one. When I went to the cashier she looked me up and down and didn't greet me and I had to ask how many points I had and which samples were available. My birthday gift wasn't available so I had to do without. She was so unfriendly when I was buying close to $100 worth of makeup! I was frankly shocked and disappointed in the customer service at this store and won't be back. I'll wait until I go to the mainland or buy online, or go to the opposition in Kahului. If management are reading this, please, give your staff some customer service assistance. The other stores at Whalers are all welcoming and helpful, it is supposed to be a happy place to shop!

Visited twice and both times the staff was very friendly, patient and helpful.I got very attentive help in chosing the right makeup colours for my skin tone. I really appreciate the kind service here.Very positive experience because of the employees.

Got full face done for pictures and I was obsessed with the results. Makeup artists are so nice and make Great conversation not awkward silence. I truly felt like a princess by the end they were telling me about my skin type and what color pallet I am making me feel so confident an amazing experience!

It is a really good store. The staff is friendly and the store has an excellent selection of products. It is the best option on the island of Maui to buy makeup and it is in the best mall right by the awesome Kaanapali beach ?️.If you come here, make sure you bring your bathing suit and get in the ocean after coming to Sephora
