Location has reopened but seems they have limited prepared food to purchase. No fried chicken, hot food, etc. Good for packaged snacks and drinks if you need a quick stop.

The woman working the cash register refused to give me $2 worth of quarters saying, " we are all out of quarters." Then proceeded to give the next person change in quarters. I don't know why I was refused, but it was BS. I guess their air pump and vacuum are just for show.

This place actually has a working car vacuum. Card reader was broken, but it will take coins. $5/5mins. Got 95% of the sand out before returning the rental.

Recommended by one of our guides. We were at a stop light and abruptly had to make a turn to check their food. Staff were nice and accommodating. Was going to order their platter but didn’t want to make it difficult and wait so I got whatever they have. There is a reason why they don’t have KFC here per our guide. True enough, fried chicken did not disappoint. I was even told, better than Jollibee! Was so good we went back three more times!

The Minit stop coming off the by pass in Lahaina is a cute little pit stop to come and stop by for musibi's or their "hurricane chicken plate." I decided to order this afternoon a hurricane plate and the cashier seemed uninterested in assisting me at all...even after waiting patiently for her and someone she must of knew talk for an entire 15 minutes AFTER purchasing his items. I ordered the plate and watch her make the food as flies kept landing on it. to which she waved her hand over multiple times but it did not seem to phase her. I kept the plate since I payed over $15 for it just for the food to look like it was left over cooked cutlet that seemed to have been cooked yesterday and harden up for an entire night. There was hardly any meat on it but crispy soggy skin mainly on the plate. I wish I could've just returned the plate. The musibis as well seemed like it was left over from days before since the rice was hard as well as the spam part. I wouldn't recommend ordering it or from here in general.

Was here visiting and one of the locals told us this was the spot for fried chicken. Hands down some of the best fried chicken we've ever had. Who knew gas station food counter chicken would be so good!So glad we gave it a try! We'll be back next time we're here!

I love Minit Stop but this was my first time in the Lahaina location and the person working the chicken section was so rude I just left. Go to another location if you want their chicken.

I would like to start this with a preface that I love Minit Stop and have been eating their chicken since I was in school.However, this experience the other day at the Lahaina location is still bothering me a bit. I was there Thursday afternoon and the worker with gray, spikey short hair was probably the most rude I have seen anyone in a service role in a long time!I was stepping back looking at the menu and she yelled - seriously yelled, "WHAT DO YOU WANT?" I told her that I was still looking and then she went and started talking. I stepped up to order and she wouldn't look at me. No other customers were there but she was ignoring me.I finally loudly said I was ready. Without looking up she said, "What?" I said I would like to try the fish tacos. I had never had these at Minit Stop but there was a LARGE poster displaying them. She laughed - joked with her friend about it and then turned away from me and ignored me.Soooo I walked out and wont be going to Minit Stop again for a long time.

The woman working the cash register was lovely and made us some addition katsu musubi’s when they ran out. Musubi had too much rice on.
