I am writing this review not for the outlet but for the Michel Kors app I have the MK app but they upgraded the app so I did now I can't get to the app the ask me for my email address and they will send me an email to reset my password I have been waiting for two days for the email never received it I know they have my email because I am receiving emails every day from themI try customer service and live chat but nothing is working I hope someone can helpThanks

I couldn’t find the purse I was looking for online, but I called the Lahaina Outlets and Miles took such amazing care of me. He sent me photos of in stock totes that were similar, sent me a matching wallet, and even offered to put it them on hold because I live on the opposite side of the island and there was only one I wanted left in stock. He mentioned the shipping option, which worked out perfectly. The whole experience took about 15 minutes and my new purse and wallet is officially ordered. Mahalo to Miles!

My first ever experience in a Michael Kors was incredible at this location. Florinda helped me out and gave great advice to make sure I ended up with the perfect bag for my needs. After checking out, I opened the bag to find a glue spot on my brand new purse. Glad I looked at it before leaving the outlets, I headed straight back inside. Another woman came over right away, apologized, and inspected new bags from backstock with me to ensure I left with a perfectly spotless piece. I wish I had gotten her name, but I was so thankful for the excellent customer service of everyone working in this outlet :)

Love this store, one of my favorites but they dont have much of a clothes selection. The staff was very kind, the prices were really good. It seems like the clothes selection compared to the purses is so little. I hate buying online, I like to see and try what I buy but not much to choose from.
